The items smell of disinfectant and it lingers in the mouth. Have told them last three visits that the packing boxes smell of disinfectant but no care has been taken. In case you remove the items from the packing then you maybe lucky not to get the smell or taste.

I had ordered a cake 2 days in advance to be delivered at around 11am, requirement was not fulfilled and instead I was told cake didnt reached the shop and will reach by 3pm on the due date.My Sons Birthday celebration planning was completely messed up because of one small mistake of that employee.I cancelled the order and now decided not to visit this shop in future because of small mistake.

Anytime I think of a good cake or pastry items only place comes in my mind is Bakers Basket Bavdhan. The quality is simply mind blowing. Quick service. Value for money. Worth it !

Very poor by there customer service.. I was giving them the order of 25box pack..which was costing me 3500/- ..they rejected the order just to they dont want to pack it...as they dont have time to do so.. Well my opinion to the company owners.. This type of attitude of your employees will give your big loss.
