I would give zero not worth single star Not - recommendable at all ..... inappropriate behaviour shown from the staff and the department manager ( A bald Man) who was were rude . The staff was literally arrogant and was not in condition to listen to the customers problem . Very RUDE not acceptable please avoid this and be careful and bit polite with the customers. I use to love going here but the treatment which I got I would never visit this place again . Very very very disappointed ☹️ from WESTSIDE. I hope some actions are taken for better service. Clothes available at very cheap costs. Branded stuffs with high quality and good staff. During this pamdemic they are open and have maintained all its hygiene standards and also trial rooms closed due to Covid-19. Rest all is good here.

Always go here for house slippers. And they dont disappoint at all. Easy on the pocket too.

The service at Viman Nagar sadly is not upto required level difficult customers take up time with only one cash counter open on busy days others lying unused waited for 20 minutes till difficult customers got over a long line formed and then another billing counter was open. Staff needs more floor presence and training. Sad to see a good store going so bad. Please do something too much competition to loose out to.

Clothing brands are good but Westside requires more sales persons. Went thrice but there was no one around to guide in few brands.

I am rating this review, not because of the collections, I love websites collections and I do shop often and I do have a membership card for this but I am writing this review because of the employees unprofessional.As everyone knows thats due to these Covid situations, we need to follow new norms that govt. has shared us - everywhere, wherever we go (SOP) and that to be applied with everyone single person/customers whoever come for shopping but over here your employees are not following - Your employees are telling us, the trial for more than two cloths are not allowed than why the other few customers who are already inside the trial room, carrying more than 5 cloths? Isnt this employee is applying his own rules!! or is that because the other few customers talk local dialogue?.*Right to equality* should apply to everyone especially in professional places, not only to few favourites customers.

Its good and worthy, if you get Anystuff of your choice then grab it!

I love the in-house brands of Westside for the ethnic wear collection. Its superb. Most of the time fabrics are also great, but yes I have found cheap fabric wear as well lately. But since the collection is so huge that we can shove aside the bad ones. Space is big and comfortable and staff is polite and helpful

I had a bitter experience. I picked up an item from some section where listed price on section head was different than the price tag, it was in some sort of clearance or something they made me wait for 20 mins to get it checked and everything. The staff downstairs was not that quick with billing and everything. The staff upstairs that day were quick and active.
