They had stopped return and exchange by claiming precautionary measures in covid-19. In that case you should have clearly mentioned it before billing and had displayed this updated policy in your store in bold. Instead of taking such a pathetic step, you should stay closed till this covid ends. That would be best precautionary measures.

Store is good bt they did cheating with us.. jockey gave offer that.. if u buy items more than 3000 than jockey bag is free.. bt this shop owner didnt tell us about this offer ... Same day we got to know this offer from a friend.. we regret seriously.. so the owner is a kind of cheater.. u can visit other stores of jockey bt not this one..

I was expecting an exclusive store at mall of India to have widest range compared to all others, but it is like every other jockey store with few collections only.

I would have given less than 1 stars if possible.

It was crowded with more than 15 min waiting at trial rooms and understaffed for weekends. They can have part time staff during weekends to improve. Experience may be better during weekdays.
