Great store for children , specially complementary balloons are good .Even some of the games children can play there .Also veriety of toys is great

This is my sons favourite place , however it has not high end price for toys you buy, however the best part for this store is that your kids can go and touch a play with them irrespective of you but it or not. Mind it you dont break them. And the service is really nice

Fun toy shopping experience with an awesome variety of imported toys. Everything from toys for science projects to dolls and skates. I bought kinetic sand, Hot Wheels cars and a Shifu science application kit. There are many store representatives doing fun stuff and ready to help. The only negative is that toys are bit expensive.

Good toy store for kids...have lots of variety in toys and other playing stuffs for kids ranging from 6 months plus till 10 years old (as far as I have seen)...store is located in LG floor of the mall almost at the corner

There are multiple sections in store sorted age wise, types of toys etc. staff are friendly and demoing the toys.Kids really enjoy the visit to the stores and it is hard to come out without a purchase when youre inside. Well organized toy store with large collection and there are plenty of toys options.Things here are slightly overpriced.

It is really a nice store for kids.For every age group starts from 0-11 months to 13+ years of age child you will find toys and others items as well.

The staff was very helpful and taught my nephew how to use the heel roller blades(not sure what its called really).

I am giving 3 star not because it does not has good toys. But 90% of stuff is made in China. Reliance who is parent company of this brand must choose Make in India plan. I am sure their sales will go manifold. I did not buy anything because of this reason

Sorry state of customer service, I asked for s glass of water, and this is how it is served.... in a dirty plastic glassWhen I asked to see the manager, his words were “already ITs a favour” I shouldnt expect more. even we drink the same water”Sorry state of affairs.I had travelled 10kms mainly to buy at hamleys.Earlier I had bought at the 250 year old store at London, there was no parking available , I paid £26 for metered parking.Seems somehow I am not destined for positive experiences with hamleys

Loved it. Great collections. The only catch is that not all items are displayed as samples for people to actually see and feel how they operate, most of the toys are left to imagine how they will be when unpacked.

Its very good. But, the Branch seems to be small as compared to other. You should go and spend time with your kids there. And also, do shopping for him. There are many toys, soft toys and much more. The kids and adults too would have fun there.
