Really very poor experience.even they not received my call.I gave my car for services and suspension work even they cant give proper wheel alignment .after some days i go to authorize service they said that suspension is not proper totally faultyMy two tyres totally warm out Only for poor quality of work.My advise dont waste your money here.

WHITE POWDER ALL OVER THE VEHICLE CORNERS AND CREVICES. I HAD TO REMOVE IT MYSELF.REVERSE CAMERA AND SENSORS MISTAKENLY PAINTED ONTO, INSTEAD OF COVERING THEM. The service given was very good. The person incharge assisted us personally. Repair was on point and Mr. Singh was very helpful!!Overall great service.

Maninadar Singh has promised to deliver the car in 2 days however he completed the task in 1 and half day only.He regularly posted an update for all work and completed the job on time and quality is also very good.Highly recommended to do all kind of Car related services.

This is the 2nd time I gave my Skoda Rapid car to A2Z car care and the experience is amazing again. The owner takes so much care about the customer. He dropped me at the place I wanted and later gave his car as I had some work to attend. This is no false review, check attached invoice... update: Changed the lights and cut out to philips from another place and they are lot better... Actual Review: First of all they do not own the garage instead they tie up with local mechanics and act as middle men, I asked specifically for Philips bulbs and cutout to be installed and they installed local brand bulbs which are not at all up to the mark, couldnt drive on highway at night with these 110w bulbs where as company fitted are just 50/60w and they were better, the battery was dead due to being parked for so long and the person tried to dupe me saying the alternator is damaged... Just ran engine for 15 mins and everything was fine...

Bad service, no words to say.They dont have the workshop and give it to other local sheds. They get it done from 3rd class sheds and dont have knowledge and professional people.And not sure about our car parts, as Im facing so much troubles after repair done from A2Z car care.

I had opted for painting and denting services, i must say they really did good work felt like car never had scratches and dent, i was kept updated through whatsapp and phone calls. Maninder seems a knowledgeable person, he listens to all issues you report carefully. The car was delivered as promise and on time.

My car door got dented while parking the car and the door and front fender had to painted and corrected. They charged me 6000/- for two parts,no discount at all and spoiled the entire vehicle. Paint was done with bubbles and the car was returned without the paint completely drying. Polish was done on the undried paint and I was told to wash the car after 2 days. Post washing, my car completely got Matt. And the shine of my black accord was lost. Horrible service. Im filing a case of cheat and fraud though

Poor service at expensive ratesRecently on Dec 26, 2019, I gave my car for servicing here. I told them 2-3 problems with the car and told got it serviced 6 months back so won’t require extensive servicing as it ran only 4000 km after that servicing.I was charged Rs 3999 for just servicing where my 2-3 basic problems were also not solved. I was charged separately for throttle cleaning and exhaust which was supposed to reduce noise and give better milage.These rates were not communicated before the start of the service and i kept insisting on the estimated price. Once the service was done, I was told I have to pay approx rs 4300 and later rs 400 were more added. After lots of convincing I was given a discount of 200 Rs.After servicing as well I have same problems despite paying so much. Very unhappy, tried it after seeing good reviews, hence thought to post mine as well so that people can take informed decision.

The best part of a2z car care is they picked up my car which had a major dent and delivered with a brand new shinny Volkswagen vento at a price which is by far less from market standard .I received every updates on WhatsApp and receipt .Also few of additional work like cleaning , air pressure was free .Great job to the team in lockdown.

Very bad experience no photographs were sent for every stage of washing and repairing only two photo were sent ,on. Delivery found steering power not working again taken the car delivered next day after 30 km running again power steering not working car was not even washed after repairing its bad experience

I have contacted Sumit (a2z car care) first time for car paint/dent repair and thereafter many times for various car services, car will be picked up from your place despite of the distance from their workshop and they will provide you pictures of all the process involved as a status update. I must say service is magnificent and done with proper care.Sumit is a great guy. I respect his dedication towards his work and well response to his customers needs.

Worst service experience.1)Business Ethics: It started with the executive calling at 11pm for servicing when the entire family was sleeping .You need to know when to call your clientsI agreed for servicing as the executive apologized and called the next day.2) Commitment : I agreed for servicing the next day(Saturday) and told that i would need the car for a function in the evening he agreed and said that the car will be delivered by 5:30pm. I gave him an option to do the servicing on Sunday if he could not deliver the car by 5:30. I kept following up the car was delivered at 8:30pm. I could not attend an important function.3) Bad Service : I had reported two issues with the car one was that it had some jumping issues when put on the 1st gear and the second was that the drivers windows had some issues with going up and down. The fist issue was solved with replacing the spark plugs. I was told that the second issue was because of the mechanism not functioning properly. They told that they would need more time to fix it. I had told them to leave the window as it was earlier as i had to go for the function. Now the most shocking part the window was not installed properly. Monday while returning from work the glass just dropped down and fell between the doors lucky it dint break. I almost lost control because of the loud noice it made. I took it to the nearest Mechanic and they said that the glass was not installed at all and was just kept. Never ever will return to you guys

I had locked myself out of my Ford EcoSport in parking lot of a mall. I got their number from Google so called and was answered by Maninder. He was very good at listening and offered me to send his team in 20mins as they little far from the spot. The team gat a bit delayed as it was continuously raining and traffic jam in that area. The team arrived and observe the situation and promptly decided on action plan. They choose a very odd method to open the lock but were successful in unlocking the car in 5mins without any scratch or dent to the car.Great job Team. keep it up.

Im from Mumbai, was stuck in Pune with a dysfunctional AC. Thank god for google suggesting me A2Z. These guys picked up my car from my hotel room and gave me a spare one too while they fixed my car. Yesterday evening 16 Aug 2019 at 745 PM along with the family we were going out for a movie. Unfortunately the car TUV 300 automatic broken down with a gear malfunction sign in the midway on Lohegaon road. The car was just stationary and not ready to move. I called the Mahindra road side assistance . They said you will need to tow the vehicle to service station. Somehow we were surprised that they did not arranged for a mechanic to check the vehicle before concluding to tow the vehicle .the tow vehicle was going to take 3 hr. In the meantime we also searched if we can get any mechanic online .We found the A2Z car service which was only open and picked up the call. Within 20 minutes. Manindder Singh along with his 2 mechanics were there. I was little skeptical as my car was under warranty and I did not want to void the same. Maninder checked the vehicle and gave me assurance of not worrying about the warranty. He got the vehicle checked and identified the issue with the sensor. The vehicle was moving in 10 minutes. He advised us to take the vehicle to his workshop which was around 10 mins away and said he will fix the issue completely. Once at the workshop the in 10 mins we were done. He also advised to take the vehicle to the Mahindra service station and asked which parts I need to get checked from them.The ontime service provided by Maninder and a2z service not only saved the car getting towed , but also saved lot of our time.Thanks to Maninder and his team for timely helpKaustubh

Pathetic Customer Care : You will have to keep chasing them for a repair which will not be entertained. They will keep assuring you that they will come but in reality they dont care for your trouble. In my case I used there service for once and then when my car didnt start they didnt even to see the car after one visit.

I am very satisfied with the service. I had a regular servicing with two accessories replacement. Pick-up and drop was provided by the owner Sumeet himself.They do send pictures for the work done on your car.Rates were reasonable. I would recommend others and will go for the service again.

There website says 24 * 7 but there representatives are careless people who dont give a damn about customers problems. They are only interested in first time review so that they can make a fool out of customers second time around. Dont ever take their service because they will keep you stranded in the middle of nowhere where your would just hope that they would provide any kind of service. 1 star is the minimum but if there was an option of not giving any start I would have selected that one.
