This is an underrated shop with plenty of nice handicrafts from across India.Staff is very gentle. They can show what you ask but not guess what you may like. That can be a challenge for getting something you like.I like stoles, anklelette, handcrafted jewellery, handbags here. With designers helping artisans with product designs - product range can have something you like.
Fantastic shop with authetic tribal handicraft items,a trusted govt.shop. much more vareity in cloths silk, cotton of pure quality. You should visit once..
This shop is run directly with the control and aid from central government of India.Amazingly beautiful and handmade things are available here. Right from kitchen essentials, chutneys and all to all you could ever imagine to shop for. This place actually is located to attract more visitors from outside of India.Hence prices are quite high.. however the quality is guaranteed. Person showed us a beautiful dupatta which was around 3500 ₹ approx 50Franks 35-40$ which was handmade from Rajasthan Karigar (artist). You have ATM, One big temple Chaturshrungi(Chatur meaning four and therefore Chaturringi means that the four peak mountain.) Also famous Pavellion Mall with PVR and all big brands outlets with nice cafeteria at the ground floor. If you are a person who likes loves the antique things and Indian culture, This place is worth visiting.
Perfect place to buy authentic and locally made Indian artifacts. Decently priced.
If you are a diplomat / business-person, or non-Indian IT professional on a short business trip to Pune. You may consider this to be an opportunity to find Indian antiques, rare and tribal artifacts and genuine items (semi-governmental organisation). My personal favourites are Apis Ceris honey and handicraft items there.
Good place for tribal art from Orissa northeast, south india etc. Organic grains and honey, coffee too. Handloom kurtis, kurtas sarees, stoles, shawls are the best.
Awesome collection of tribal jewellery, cloth, garments, sarees. Good with discounts too
Pathetic customer service. The sales lady was least interested in getting the sales done.
Such a beautiful and rare collection...haven for rare tribal art.you can get different types of products such as Metal CraftTribal TextilesTribal JewelleryTribal paintingCane & BambooTerracotta & Stone PotteryGift and Organic and Natural Food Products.Love the initiative taken by Government of India
A month back had gone to shop looking for curtains. We loved a particular design and wanted 6 of them but they had only two of which. We were told and assured that we can buy the two curtains, an order has been placed for 4 extra prices. My grouse is not that those 4 curtains are yet to come, it is just that they dont update at all, and not even give a realistic time frame. Everytime I call, I just want to know if I I should wait or go ahead and buy 4 more pieces of a different kind. They promise to call back and never do. Super super disappointed!
Good collection.....A bit high priced
Great store for indigenous products. Jai Hind!
A government emporium set up by the ministry of tribal development. They dont have much space ... But have stocked a lot of artist creations from different tribal belts. And since most of the time youll find that the artists name & background has been acknowledged, youll feel a satisfaction while buying something from here.
Varieties of tribal crafts, clothings and gifts you can get here. The staff is good. What I love the most is the flute. Very good flute and you will get things from almost all the states of India. The cloth materials are really good and the costs are very reasonable.
Fantastic collection of Handlooms, Hand Embroidered wears and Brass, glasswares 💞Surely Made In India. Worth it. *Warning: No available 4 wheeler parking around*
God collection of arts and crafts and textiles. Sarees, shawls, stoles. The bed spreads from Gujarat were good. Good place to shop at when you are looking at taking gifts for your foreign friends and colleagues.
Beautiful showroom by ministry of tribal affairs.
An excellent place to buy gifts for overseas friends and for some awesome fabric shopping.

Fabulous shop !! Great variety of handloom sarees and dupattas . Staff is very helpful
With the renovation the shop looks more spacious, bright and more customer friendly.
Nice services.prices are a bit higher but worth.
I was surprised at the cool collection of art that they have. Its all very affordable as well.
Tribal theme artifacts in brass are good
Amazing place to shop for self and friends. The craftsmanship is commendable.
This is a quaint government owned emporium/store that stocks artifacts and apparel and some accessories from different parts of the country. You can find kurtas for men and women, tops, skirts, handicraft handbags, silk and cotton sarees, stoles, wall hangings, and display artifacts, etc. out here. I picked up some lovely silk sarees and dupattas at a great price. Nice place if you are looking to gift someone something. Staff is also very courteous and helpful.
Small store. So selection is very limited. One of the stone plates broke easily during travel even tho it was wrapped and protected. So the quality is not that great. Price is also little higher for the quality.
Great pieces of art and craft. Helpful staff.
