Most of the staff is helpful and polite.I was able to do registered post in 5 minutes on Tuesday.Fridays and mondays are crowded.Old office, old building.Typical indian govt experience.Old furniture, no proper instructions displayed.But staff is very helpful. Senior citizens are treated with respect.

Freindly staff ...itsnin lane number 27 I have requested Google map to add lane number so tahtnitnwill become easy to find ...I have wasted or invested...my lot of time in finding this place if your address if not complete line flat number missing better to go and collect your parcel rules for incomplete address is they will return in on same day.. ...again you want collect your parcel by yourself then you have go here before 10 than means before post man leave as he will start the to distribute it...you have carry identity proof along with you..

Nice place with cooperative staff. Some services may not be available or active all the time, like Aadhaar related services. Its located on the first floor of the building. Its difficult to notice this place from normal traffic, one can be noticed with the help of Post Office Box placed outside. The road in this lane is narrow that, two 4 wheeler vehicles cannot pass at a time. Parking facility is available.

And one of staff member behaving just like he don’t know. he told me it is not available. i told him that i saw the board outside of adhar enrolment and updation center. Then he said next week may it will start. Don’t know where to go for this adhar card update. worst staff of this post.

Worst staff, very worst.Official time is up-to 5 PM.But they close the account counter by 2 PM itself and no one just listens to the query. Forget about answer to your query, do hell with your query. Been earlier to Narhe based franchisee. The experience was nothing to write home about. But after visiting the Dhayari post office, it was very satisfying experience. The department will do well to locate the office at a more easily accessible place.

They dont even bother trying delivery. Parcels directly taken on hold and no work of finding the parcels after 9 to 11 am time. Worst experience not even one star.

27july date of my package to be received.. But didnt got it...28 reach office to enquire... they said theres no package for me...but online tracking was showing it is available. They didnt even listen ...29 again visited office finally the guy checked my package and found it was really present there from 26 july.When I asked for it they said there mistake in address (I accept my mistake coz I just started living in that area its been just 15 days..)I said I am present here at least now give me the package..They said everything goes through the system we cant give you like this ( OK I accept that too...rules are rules)Today 30 July again visited the office still my package is not processed...Main problem is that they dont even listen to your problem n emergency of the package...Its not that I hate Indian post its great..This review is for specially people working in this office...
