Extremely disappointed with the quality of materials being used inside the flat vs the quality that was promised initially while buying!!!The flat was touted to be a luxury flat. The sample flat has luxurious Kajaria tiles in all bathrooms and the floor of the master bedroom. They were very high quality tiles. However they are now using completely different tiles of a different brand in the actual flats. We can understand if they had to change one or two due to unavailability. But changing all tiles of the flat is very disappointing for me as a buyer. The tiles being used are clearly cheaper than the ones that were promised. Cost cutting is evident from the fact that they have changed not one but almost all tiles in the actual flat. The luxury element of the project seems to have vanished now.During the booking process they had confirmed that we would get the exact same tiles in all bathrooms and the high quality glossy floor tiles in the master bedroom. They had confirmed this not once but many times. We trusted the builder. However we are left disappointed. Just sharing my experience.Edit:Thanks for your response.Just to clarify and respond to your reply-The main points are :1. We were promised the exact same tiles.(We are concerned about the quality and not the brand. The sample flat tiles are definitely better quality, eye-pleasing and luxurious than the tiles being used in the actual flat).2. All 3 Bathroom tiles + Master Bedroom floor tiles + All Balcony tiles have been changed without intimating (This is not a small change!)We bought the flat after confirming all such things and you had explicitly confirmed everything while buying. Hope you understand that as a customer we are not just buying a flat, it is a dream for us. And we are not happy with such major changes. Expecting a prompt solution from your end. Kindly resolve this issue.

This builder n promoter are fraud n do unfair trade practice. Not providing flat booking refund.I had booked flat with M/s Shubh Developers and Promoters LLP in their Project Name Shubh Gateway at Airport Road Opp Symbiosis Law College Road. Booking done under the Advertised Campain ( Attached ) on 27th July 2020 with amount of INR 51000 + GST IN 2550/- for Flat No B1006 . During the booking there was no original booking form was handed over neither couriered to me and also the payment receipt was not handed over to me, only give the photo copy of booking form and cheq payment receipt with sale team signatory. When I am approach to Mr. Prateek Garg - GM Sales to cancel n refund of my booking amount they denied at all that we dont have such policy. As per RERA they have to refund the booking amount within 45 days. But they dont follow RERA guidelines.

Very nice and spacious homes. 3bhk are good ones as master bedroom size is super 13.5 X 13 ft.Nice balconies and overall design. The location is also very nice and super posh and well connected.Sound may be an issue due to airport nearby however hope builder is going to give sound proof windows.

Anyone booked flat here? Just wanted to know whether price is justifiable or over priced irrespective of whatever amenities or premium they provide.

Very accessible location.

The location is excellent, surrounded with unknown projects. Wish that in future surrounded with hotels,malls,IT park, but at present its surrounded with unknown projects

Location is good but 1 concern has the builder all the required permission of 12 floor near airport

Well thought Master plan , good layout , fabulous view of upcoming Lunkad IT Park as well as Airport, extensive green coverage and a fantastic location.

Best project, staff always ready to help and explain about the project.

Good upcoming project however no parking provision in front of shops
