We want to solve our problem as early as possible because of customers pressure. Todays early in a morning I came here for it and meet to Mr. Arjun Ashtekar Sir. He has a great human kind personality and well behavior, helpful person.He cancelled his weekly off for our emergency work. He help us for immediate action for solving our issue. Reviews are not enough to know the work atmosphere at Kakade Laser but sometimes to clear visions....here we go....If you are persistent, talented and hard working you need no reference... for my own experience .. Simply Great and one of my Ideal person Kakade Sir gave me a job without having any reference and when I needed it the most. Abundance of knowledge is here, you will get 20 to 25 different cutting machines, working, interface, operating at only single place in pune. Lousy place with Management unaware of what is happening. Low level CAD designers who dont know how to do minor changes. I went in there with my Own design. The designer kept the material saying he will do the job immediately. I was impressed, so i left. 2 weeks later and after 4 phone calls, the CAD designer tells me the material is broken and cannot be done!! Basically it seems the person got offended that i asked him about DEADLINE of finishing a job.. so seems he broke the material.Anyhow WHY do they commit next day service when they cannot do it for 2 weeks. Basically they will keep the material and sit on it.HOPE the owner reads this forum. Its not about material broken on failure, its about people time. I would have been unaffected if the person had done this in the time he told me initially. basically i wouldnt have waited 2 weeks to hear bad news.Unsure how will they SCALE from here with such people running around

The place is good, well built but the operators are lousy. Some of them cant even use AutoCAD which is the most easy CAD software of any.
