After sales services are very very poor. No one bothers to check if the product is delivered/ installed or not. Bought Sony home theatre 10th October.. today’s 13th.. still the product not installed. Its been 3 days chasing & calling the surya electronics people to get it installed . No response yet except “ it will be done today” ..0 stars for the after sales services.

No person have come for installation of the AC.They send in experience people and no person have come for demo.Very very bad service. Good appliances shop. But unsatisfied with the installation team they arrange.We bought AC from here & the installation guys almost damaged the wall & did drilling very unprofessional. Post installation patch up was also very bad.Shops should understand that after sales service is as important as sales. Customers wont come again if installation/service experience is bad.Hope this will be taken care of.
