I visited the shop the service was too goodThe man was too humble.. I buyed a speaker ,a cooler, a geyser...All the 3 things came out to be the best ..The quality was the best . I visited the 2nd time I buyed a fan..The service was too quick and too good. The prices were reasonable...

Pathetic service. The only thing that they sell best is their lies. Once you pay them, they will stop answering your calls. I have been following up for almost a month now, no response. Sab jhoot par jhoot chalta hai yaha. Avoid.

Worst service by this shop.. when you will go to buy something they will say that they will provide you good service. We bought a cooler of baybreeze and motor stopped working after 2 months. Even after following up, daily calls for more than one week, we did not get any response.We dont recommend to buy from this shop.

I have purchased a Bajaj cooler from Balaji Electronics,they first of all gave us a display model and told us that it is 100 percent original and in good running order .When we asked them to give us a seal pack model ,they said it is not available and we can take display model,so ,on their trust we purchased the display model ,on the second day the water started licking from the cooler from below and the condition us still the same.Now we have to call Balaji to replace it and if they dont we have to call to Bajaj customer care.The cooler was not only a day old and we started facing problem with the cooler.Is this type of customer satisfaction Balaji is giving by harrasing customer on the new purchase.

Terrible service. Dont pay in advance as they will delay delivery indefinitely.

Worst service. Delay in delivery by one week for cooler and 3 weeks for stand after taking advance.

Bad experience. After selling the goods the shopkeeper does not give the service.
