Store have same thing over year and changes location of products every time, single counter for vegitable and fruit which causes you wait more to get it weight. Most of the things are self branded. Store is big having multiple billing counter but still you have to wait minimum 20 minutes in weekend. Car parking is big challenge, now have pay and park option but you cant take trolley there, you have to carry all bags. after shoppy they charged for very cheap quality bags. Finally compared with prices and offer found better deals in Dmart.

A great experience at the mall during the Diwali day. The staff was kind enough to help me get my things. The mall is spacious enough and mostly youll should get what you are looking for. The products were kept in an eye matching way so it was one of the things I liked about this mall.

Its a good store with wide range of products available from grocery to dairy, fruits to veggies and cold meats. It also has an outlet on the first floor for clothes 👗👚👖, bedsheets etc.

Not too crowded, temperature checks and distancing measures being followed properly. Store is well stocked up, no rush at the check out counters during the day time. So its best if you need to do you vegetables and grocery shopping , go in the morning time. Stay safe!

A perfect place to satisfy all your household needs. You get almost everything you need here. I dont recommend it for Western clothes or footwear (Reliance Trends is better), but you get amazing and very reasonable Kurtis here, with huge discounts around the year. Other than that, its great for groceries and other household items! Always has wonderful discounts. The only drawback is that the number of billing counters open are less, so a long wait time in the billing queue.

Good shop among the chain, nice stuff, huge variety, good prices.1. If you dont live nearby and are on car, parking is a challenge. The parking lines width dont give you confidence if you will find vehicle safe when you come back.2. The trolleys cant be brought near the parked vehicle, you have to carry long distance.3. Interesting planning: I bought LED bulbs. After checking out and coming out of exit gate, I had to enter again to get the LED checked. After checking and putting sticker, take the long route to exit and come back. In DMarts and Star Bazaars, such system is available at exit, saving customers time. That is indirect way to say to customers, we love you.Then two more experinces-1. When I entered, I took photo of nice collection of Corn cobs to send to my friend who loves corn, to ask him to visit there. A staff promptly jumped and asked me to not take photos. I offered if I should delete the photo and he said yes and I did. There were a couple more things which normally I would have taken photo and share to my friends but I didnt want more issues.2. For getting the bulb checked, there was no staff. After a few minutes, I asked the man at gate to check. He asked me to find some staffer to tell him. I went around to find a staff, who after listening half ran away. Second one was quite helpful. He checked the bulbs but couldnt find a permanent marker to write selling date on it. It took total 22 minutes to get the issue resolved.

Half the things were not available. Some things I picked out didnt have a price/bar code - they changed the items and asked me to buy different items instead of looking up the price. The billing person packed my things so haphazardly, no system. He threw in the soft drinks right at the bottom - had to explain to him that such rough handling will cause the fizz to escape 😒 and that bathroom items should not be packed with food items 😤. Not a good experience at all.

It is family mall, one can find almost here...Have parking, liftz washrooms etc...One thing that lack here is that, in lift button numbers are not clearly visible, which is difficult to go directly to any floor this need to fix.

Its a good Matt definitly bigger than mega mart nearby. It has all the basic items and daily needs and of comfort. Product range is generally okey with many options but of limited quality. The mart setup in itself is little confusing. The rows and semi circular columns keeps you guessing which way is the exit. Staff is helpful and efficient. This place is located centrally and is clean without any clothing items and washrooms this is a good place for your bulk daily purchase

Right now in the current situation, the staff is not able to help but they try how much ever they can. They have a lot of pending online orders, so go there and only if you have a list ready.

Now waiting since 45 minutes and have been at helmet counter , razor section , high living section bedsheet section not a single staff present everyone busy with gossipping forming group inbetween and it took more than 20 minutes at above mentioned counters but nobody turned up.Floor supervisor was much more over smart when asked is the customer supposed to dig in the stack of bedsheet kept irratically placed stock to find a specific priced product to avail the offer his reply was why you want to search you get the offer on one piece. The reliance mart located at wanowrie is a good mall as it has everything under one roof. There are discounts all the year round. There are many brands in each section. They have started the elevator also which was not working for quite some time. The garments section is also very good. Good customer service. I prefer picking my groceries from reliance.

This is my third time. Reliance always bill more than the offer they have displayed. Today when I notice this issue to cashier later on refunded my money in cash. Some prices in the bill are more than the MRP.

Skipped looking at the queue today. Have been here for shopping before. Floor space is a lot. 2 levels present. Escalator does not work. Upper level has clothes and footwear but little or no air conditioning. Lots of merchandise making walking difficult on upper level. Space between aisles is small. Walkways also loaded with merchandise. Mens washrooms are not clean. Either the housekeeping staff is not well trained or the customers unable to use the washrooms properly. Newer stores have opened in the neighborhood with better store layout and lower prices. Like the Freecharge wallet offer on purchases at Reliance store above Rs 250/- Some bargains exist on some products but their shelf life is questionable especially edible items. This store has an issue with mobile wallet connectivity. Freecharge wallets dont work. Reliance club card points cannot be redeemed as the store is dependent on network connection. Had to lose out on quite some points in the past because of this. Parking which was present earlier near the Moms and me store no longer exists or is a paid parking. Lots of storefront space exists and on some weekends there are melas selling stuff but customers have to park across the road which is unsafe after checking P1/P2 Sign. Even bad for cars. Police 🚨 is quite prompt in confiscating cars and two wheelers on this road which makes shopping here a not so smart choice.
