One of the worst electronics shop in Pune. ( Kothrud branch)On Saturday I visited to keyur for refrigerator enquiry and they showed me three refrigerators. I like one of them and they told me last price is 22k( after negotiation). And I went there on next day that Sunday. They were lying and saying that they didnt show this refrigerator to me. I already photos taken to that freeze but still they were lying. Keyur must respect customer and whatever they committed they must follow. Customer came there with positive hopes.PLEASE DONT VISIT AGAIN.

I purchased a Whirlpool Refrigerator from Keyour Electronic . Front side door is completely scratched. They have given the display piece that was kept in their mall. Refrigerator looks like an old fridge. The manager is asking me for proof that the refrigerator I have is the display piece in their mall. Even the Model number is not matching with Model no. of the packing box. The Refrigerator was not even plastic wrapped completely. After giving complain they are not giving proper response. This was my experience, so better take a look at all the models and buy it from other store.
