Had been there yesterday for shopping but regretted it. Been to the womens section, Stock is very old. 2 years old stock. The salesperson has no idea about the offers and price and all of them were totally confused. Dint expect this from brand factory. The billing line is toooo long. Even if the offer board on the clothes say 50% off or 40% off they will give according to the amount of clothes you buy(This was told to us by the billing man - if you buy more than 5k we can give 50%. Which was clearly not mentioned by the salesperson or by the board) Anyways brand factory should improve its services and get back to one they were. Saturday Sunday you will get stuck there, the store is too busy and you will literally waste your time.

Discount shown on shelf and actual discount varies. I brought an item with 30% discount and the same was confirmed at counter, but when the bill was generated, discount applied was only 20%. When I raised the issued and asked for refund, they simply denied. Poor customer service and rude staff.
