I like the suggestion and the solution provided by Hemant ji... He just asked me to wait for like 2 hrs to fix issues with my AVR and as committed i got my fixed AVR within 2 hrs. I would definitely recommend them for Yamaha equipment services.

Pathetic and horrible experience. Please DO NOT give your Amp or AV receiver. I had issue with my Marantz AVR, my MCB was tripping, there must be some short connection. I had to sent it to Mr. Bapat for 3 times as different problems were faced each time once I received it from them. To my surprise he was simply denying the noise coming out of it even after sending the recording. Finally he promised to come to my house and scheduled it which ofcourse he never kept and never came. Its all fooling around people. Cant write my full experience here because of limitation of time and characters, But Marantz has to verify, audit before and after giving the authority for their service center. It was such a pathetic experience and went on for 8 months. Finally I decided to scrap it as I cant sell it and fool other people as I am not Marantz authorized service center

Be Careful.. Worst ever. I doubt if the people given reviews earlier are even real customers or just by friends and family.Gave my Yamaha keyboard for a volume problem. In spite of asking charges, was told that can be told only after opening it up. End of it, estimate charges to change ICs costed more than 5k. Had to get it back by paying Rs 500 for nothing. I got fleeced definitely. You shouldnt.

Very good service center and supportive too. Highly recommended for Yamaha Music products authorized repairs. Theyre doing repairing for other brands as well. Very polite and genuine. Using genuine spare parts and charging very less(completely under company norms).

I dont think they bothered to open receiver and returned after 10 days.Always had some excuse that we have not yet checked for one or another reasons.Talks very politely and gently but work nothing... Only sugar coating.

Fantastic service.This place is on the second floor of the building and a very small board visible from the road.Mr Bapat is very knowledgeable and tries hard to meet your service expectation.I took my faulty AVR at 5 PM on a Saturday. He enquired and knew that I have come from the other end of the City. He gave my work the priority and asked me to wait for an hour. He actually fixed my AVR in just 45 minutes, saving me an entire trip for this!This is really what brings delight to the customer.Dont go by the appearance of this service station, rest assured that you are in the expert hands!

My Yamaha Home theatre systems speaker got reassembled at free of cost by Mr. Bapat and Im happy with their service. They follow the process and guidelines set by Yamaha itself and have also sticked the standard service repair charges visible to customers.
