Very bad experience.went there as they were csd dealer but no product in stock. Just book the product from them and then starts the real trouble. You need to call them again and again . The salesman told me that you will get the product the next day but even after 2 days he was having no clue regarding where the product is. Horrible experience. A fake csd dealer with overpriced goods

ONE OF THE WORST AND FRAUDULENT PRACTITIONERSI am a Navy veteran and went to this dealer for purchase of refrigerator through CSD. A day before, the sales asst did told me that they dont have the csd price catalogue. Next day ie. on 21/10/2020 I went to the shop and chose the refrigerator model and he told me the market price of item is 51000/- and through csd it will cost you 40500/- more over the chosen model is not available with depot and he suggested same feature other model. I did pay the said amount by cheque and done the form filling. On returning home I cross checked with another dealer price and to my shock the actual csd price was 35400/- about 5100/- extra. I immediately called the dealer and stopped the intiating the further procuring process and today 22/10/2020 I got my cheque and documents back and went to the another dealer and booked the same model refrigerator for csd actual price 35400/-.So personnel serving /retired or civilian I suggest shun this dealer altogether and dont buy anything. They do observe fraudulent practice which is breach of trust.Further projecting this issue with Samsung CEO India operations, GM CSD govt of India with substantial proofs and call records.

Horrible experience. Worst service. If they are doing this to defence officer I wonder how they harrass civilians. Even after taking advance payment they dont deliver it on time though they promised to deliver in two days in urgent basis. Its been a week and I am yet to get my refrigerator which I needed urgently. And they are least bothered!!
