If peace is what you want, this place is best to be avoided. Constructions in the vicinity will go on till 1am and you would need ear plugs all day long. Plus the road leading to Skypoint is a disaster. The construction trucks, potholes, monsoons have worsened things.

Low cost as compared to other builders in this area. Only drawback of this flat is kitchen and washroom are in front of each other and kitchen size is very small.

Very pathetic society, there is water shortage, if water comes then it is very muddy. Our bath bucket gets yellow with such water. No Maintenance. Zero security. Not recommended to stay.
