Good society to live in spacious and environment friendly.

Society is covered with trees and atmosphere is pleasant its situated in wakad. Rooms are big and its a old society. They have swimming pool as well but its not in running condition.

This is an apartment. It is very good apartment. Locality is nice. There is a big mall beside it and many small shops also. Also there is cafe and bakery and a salon etc etc beside this apartment. The apartment is clean. There is lot of parking space.

Good place to take apartment on rate if you are studying in sri balaji University as it is walking distance from your College

Flats are ok considering the rent is comparatively less compared to other apartments. But security is less and the whole area makes you feel you are in the 90s

No water problem in winters and rainy season. The problem might come in summers which is very short period of time. It will be with every society.

As a student we need privacy and safety and the best place to get it here.

Good old society with 2 and 3 BHKSecurity and basic amenities are there .No power backup ,but close to places like hinjewadi and Wakad .You get bus and other transport right at ur doorstep for Mumbai and Bangalore

I have been living here since april i have to pay similar rent as others and it was summer season, you dont get water if u live at the bachelors block - A & BSociety committee does nothing about the maintenance every week there is a new problem electricity backup is not there Lift works sometimes, cleanliness is nowhere to be found, swimming pool and gym are abandoned.
