Neatly maintained residential complex in Baner ( Lalit Estate) park, pool and common areas wel maintained and Covid Protocol followed. Only flip side is approach - no way to avoid traffic on main Baner road!

Good place. Too many mercedes. My maybach doesnt feels any special. Flats are cheap and good. Beware of slapping uncles if you are in a cricket team. A2 wings lobby is a bit dirty. Watch out for a tainted window Verna, its owner has eaten too many ritik gold and now non stop chants lmao hoo gyis. Horrifying...
