The construction is good. Security is very good. They also have visitor parking which you normally do not find at many complexes. Overall its a good place to stay

A residential society near Mumbai highway, about 15kms from Warje, Pune.

Worst construction seen. Low quality gypsum used... Prone to leakages on all sides. Electrical switches are of low quality. I owned a flat here for 5 years. Sold it at a 1 Lac loss. Maintaininance is quite high at 3700 pm. Part of water is brought by tanker as corporation pipe is vy small. Has 2 swimming pools..both useless. One good thing is podium/flower garden which is maintained. Glad I m out of it. If u love your hard earned money, never invest in this project or any project by Regency builders.

Worst construction quality. Once property is sold builder will never look into construction quality issues.Leakages in bathroom, kitchen.No proper brick work. Just POP which comes out in rainy season.Flaws in electrical wiring.Used low quality material everywhere.Don’t put you hard earned money in buying any property from Regency group. Once sold they don’t bother about any issue.

Didnt anyone notice there is only a single way to approach Kumar Pinakin and this society? Nothing around the vicinity. The only drawback I can notice as of now.

Nice & peaceful society

The building is fine but there are no stores nearby. Very less facilities for playing sports. There is no badminton court. The basketball court is super small and is used for cricket and has dents all over the ground. The squash courts height is very small and it is used for other activities because of which it is not maintained.The swimming pool,club house and the place for walking is good.The houses and the parking is spacious.But one of the building is still under construction because of which it is not entirely a complete apartment.The light goes very often from morning to night. It is almost impossible to live without an inverter. All in all not the best apartment nor a bad apartment. It is lesser than a fine apartment.Thus, I rate it only 2 stars.

The rooms are highly luxurious

Lovely township. Its small township but very well built. It has a fabulous club house, spacious rooms and enough parking space. Has all time security at the entrance.

Its a nice place to stay.Vicinity to Highway is far better. Aminities are also good. Podium and fruit garden is also good to spend time with children.

Spacious rooms. Good construction.Only drawback i see is the incomplete construction which was supposed to be a part of its phase
