Good society with good safety and clean place. Good for family and older people to live there. Rents is bit pricey like 28k for 2bhk.

Flats are spacious, however I found the rates on higher side considering the amenities provided. Location is good.

Nice place and good connectivity

I have been to this complex and found location is good, calm extremely useful for the employees who are working nearby in IT industries.

I have visited the place, i like the builder concept but i dont like construction quality. Duplex concept was nice but stairs r having lot of drawbacks It was making sound while my first visit. Connectivity is good for Magarpatta but they are having Suzlon as there Amenity :) which I dont understand in their costsheet.

New phase launch.Layout is excellent.Buying a flat is worth from this new launch.

This is failed project. Kindly request you Pune citizens its non maintained society. Society supervisor badly behave with tenant and owner. its very bad experiences in my life, so wrong decision.

Here is my analysis for this society.ProsFlats are spacious. I liked the internal layout very much.ConsLocation of society is good (Close to Amonora and Seasons mall) but there are no grocery shops within walking distance. Builder gave provision for some shops within the society but they are neither sold nor operational.Rent as well as buying prices are relatively high as compared to Margarpatta/Amnora.Ameneties are very less. Currently only building A is operational. Building B is under construction. Overall I think it would have around 150+ flats. Club house, swimming pool & play area is too small for 150+ families.This is not a cosmopolitan society. Most of the flats belongs (close to 70%) to a family only.Construction quality is poor. The other day I called carpenter, he used his drill machine to fit a screw in the wall. Even with a little push drill happened like anything. He said Sir, Khupa kamakuvata ahe. I was surprised.Flats are not vastu compliantThere is a big garbage tunnel which stinct like anything just beside club house. It smell very badly.Builder came up with a concept of duplex flats. Unfortunately it is not successful, most of the flats (specially duplex) are empty. :(Overall I truly doubt if this project would be successful.

Launch new project , project with good aminity.

Nice Flats but zero amenities. Basic infrastructure like boundary wall is not in place till date.No kids park etc.

Doesnt seen any amenities...prices r too high ....no nearby vegetable shop or grocery shop...only the name is given luxurios but it is hectic..
