This place is really not worth staying rent is high compared to what you can get in this area with more amenities basically it feels like a hostel as the watchman gets drunk after 10 pm and closes the gate of the society of you are leaving somewhere or coming from somewhere forget that you can get access to your own home and he is actually supported by the management of the society.. Lift is not working most of the times and plus worst thing is no proper parking space available I have had damage done to my bike twice even after the gate is closed after 10 pm.. make me wonder who is doing it the watchman or the chairman of the society they dont even know how to talk to girls plus there was a lot of drama when I wanted my deposit back almost took 3 weeks so even owners of the society are not helpful if you are planning to rent or buy I would surely recommend avoid this place you will definitely find lot of other options with swimming pool,gym and better security around this area.. or better stay in PG

Good location to stay in an area like baner. Its located in the residential area. Balewadi High Street 10 minutes average walking distance. Hinjewadi It parks 6 KM far only. Bustop 5 minutes of walking distance. You will get a bus for Hinjewadi and Shivajinagar very easily.I stay at this place for around 2 and a half years.Two points personally I dont like at this place.1. Main Gate closing timing 11:00 PM...!2. Apartment Sacratary has no idea about how to talk...! Senseless Person.Rest all things are good to go. :)

Nice apartment with good locality. All essentials are well accessible. There are several happening places all around for example post 91. The building is a bit old though. Security & amenities are not adequate.

I had lived there from 2008 to 2009 in Flat no 2. We were the 2nd occupants of that building.

This residential building 🏢 is surrounded with all needful stores 🏬.

A NICE NEAT CLEAN SOCIETY IE YOU ARE TAKING A FLAT ON RENT WATER PROBLEM IS THERE IN SUMMERS
