Road Condition to reach need to improve quickly.

Unprofessional service. Quality of parking is bad, very less space available to park vehicles for some flat owners. Water availablity issue since possession. Worst quality of road to reach this place.Some features are good like build quality, materials used, Tiles are better.Overall I do not recommend.

Good Properties. Nice Construction. Easy to access. Proper connectivity. Security will be also provided. Aminities are good. Kitchen is high attraction.

Its on going 12 Storey Construction project by Gote Bhilare Association, construction quality is very good, they offer few amenities like small garden, temple, common area backup, gym etc. Its exactly backside of Abhiruchi Parisar.

Good project near high bliss society at DHAYARI. Small project somewhat expensive. Negotiable prices. Worth buying for investment purposes.
