Do not buy any flat here.Wait for a good offer as there is proposed Buddh Community Hall sanctioned by PMC. Please see attached image for exact location details. Do not waste your money by considering the location.Builder and his sales guys makes you fall under their trap by making/ giving deals.Construction quality is low- you can check actual quality of building -C 3rd floor onwards.A - building is given to private company which is managed by Zolo. And batchelor as well as leave in relation couple are allowed which spoils the family environment during day to day life.C- building was handed over to owners from last 2 year but builder is not ready to take single responsibility of the building.Once all construction is completed there is not enough space for children to play.So please plan your dream home carefully.All the above information is correct.You can check quality of construction from building C mainly TV unit wall or Hall walls.Most important they dont have sufficient PMC water connection so most of your maintenance money will waste in water tank.Construction quality as well as engineering is really LOW.Thanks to Pathare for sanctioning Buddha Vihar. We bought the flat in Nirman Altius. Very Good project equipped with all modern amenities in prime location. Sales team is really helpful. They have solution of all the problem. Documentation is done very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this project.

Well planned homes This came to my mind when i first saw the flat of Nirman developers..Each and every space of the flat is beautifully used and designed..I have booked a flat and now eagerly waiting for the possession as this is my first home...I would like to thank the whole Nirman team for cooperating in every aspects and clearing all the doubts..Thank you Nirman team.

One of the upcoming projects at Kharadi, might be the first one in nearing possession category in that Market.

Good location but pathetic terms of agreement. The B building is ready for possession but the covered parking would be available in another building which still under construction. So they expect you to pay for covered parking now but park your car outside the project. The amenities will be ready in 2 years but you are supposed to pay all charges now. Thank God I never approached them again....Best avoided.

Nice property right in the prime area of Kharadi but its mainly for pg accommodation. Which is not a convenient way of booking when you really need a good place to stay.

I checked it out once. Never stayed here. 2bhk flats are available. So e part is under construction. Zolo Stays is available here. (In zolo, each bed room 2 persons, 1 in kitchen; Its like a room. WiFi, TV, sofa, beds etc all the amenities available.) Big space, nice and clean environment. Parking available, food available. Roughly 2kms from Kharadi Bypass on Pune Solapur highway. Hotels are available outside.

The project is at very good location. Homes are thoughtfully designed. The staff was also quite cordial & supportive.

One of the best project by the Nirman developrs. Some of the Project highlights are Good Apartment layout, Good connectivity, near Eon IT park, nearby Chandan Nagar market. Sales staff are very professional, very good service provided by everyone. I would rank them best in this area. Over all experience was great! Kudos to sales staff!

One of the main building which is ready is for the original land owners. I guess they named it Janardhan nagar. There was a huge noisy party and entire area was shaking. Not sure how the long run experience will be staying there.Also issues with society entrance and parking with yet to be constructed towers.

In quest of an own house, checked all the options in Kharadi and surroundings, found Nirman to be the best option. Though we are late entrants and have few to choose from, could zero down on what we require and got one with good ventilation. Staff were supportive at every stage, special thanks to Shilpa and Rahul and all queries timely addressed.Cons;1.Under construction project at bld B with swimming pool, children play area and sr citizen area available after 3 years.2, Bldg A given to Zolo dealing with PG accomodation. Any reference to Nirman has become synonymous with PG accomodation in that locality.
