Flats are precious. Building architect is different. Amenities like children play area, senior citizens seating, open and indore jeem, community hall are available. No swimming pool. Security is good. My gate application is being used. Gas pipeline is available.

A very peaceful society with great ambiance..Lot of free space..Project has completion and society formation also completed by Nandan team.Happening society where there is always one or the other event.Good for families as bachelors are strictly not allowed..Suggestion: Visit and take actual review from people who are staying.

Just by having the name NANDAN, this society has become very costly..... Its far away from main road (around 500 -600 meter) & entrance is on some water drainage nallah and still people are giving it 5 star like any thing...... most of them must be having commercial interests associated with this society, other wise how come you can rate it 5 star...... normal 3 bhk all inclusive cost is around 1.20 Crore for such a average society ( it is way too much.........)

Descent resedential society for upper middle class, near to airport. Proximity to airport is both pros and cons of it. Besides a drainage streamlet decreases its value. Rest all facilities are well and good.

Perfect place for home to be away from all noice and pollution of city but still not too far to be well connected with all parts of city. Hinjewadi or Hadapsar this central point location will always keep you well connected. Peaceful sunrise and sunset will make perfect start and end of day. Positive energy of place and people will always make your day special here... c u soon
