Equally good as phase 1. Its been years yet the society is well organized. Good security and better discipline by residents. Childrens play area and senior citizens rest n relax area. Overall one of the better managed residential societies.

Mont Vert Pristine has been our home for the last 10 years now. It is one of the best large societies in Pune. Its has many gardens, basketball court, tennis court and 2 swimming pools.

This society is nearer from old Highway exact behind khadki police station. Society is OK. No amenities is there in the society.

Beautiful, clean its amazing society but one problem opposite side khadki Railways station. very loudly sound on railway 🚉

Very nice society in Khadki Pune. It is in mid of Pune. East Pune or west pune, both approachable. City is also near by. Khadki Aundh are best locality in Pune. Magarpatta, eon, Hinjewadi all major IT park are at equal distance from here...

Excellent Residential Society with approximately 2200 flats located at a walking distance from Khadki Railway station. Very much quite and peaceful surroundings by Army area close by and beautiful greenery. Society is some 10 years old. Various cultural activities take place during Ganapati Festival and other occasions. It has a good community centre. It also has swimming pool. An open space to host functions upto 200+ peoples. Good parking place for society as well as visitors.

Got best maintained society award from CM in 2015. Maintenance is cheap, no water and electricity problem at all. 2 swimming pools, Gym, A room for 3 TT tables, 3 badminton courts, basketball court, Lawn Tennis clay court, 4 play area for kids, 2 huge gardens, 2 more garden above parking lots, 800+ flats, lots of open space. piped gas, dry balcony, lots of light, 3 side open flats, 2 balcony or single big balcony, fire extinguishers are fitted in every building, Rain water harvesting, one point electricity back up in every flat. All festivals such as Holi, Ganpati, Christmas are celebrated. Phase -1(possession was given back at 2005) flats are smaller, Phase 2 flats (building A1 and A2, possession was given in 2008) are bigger. Awesome society in the heart of pune. Although living on rent but love the society. Metro station coming up just across the highway will shoot the prices up for this society.
