Nice housing area

It has been a year and I wake up every morning to take photos and see the awesome view

Its pathetic society, filled with mosquitos. Especially the management of the society is biggest culprit here.One of the cleaning guy took my groceries from outside my door, delivered by big basket. The supervisor here Anupama, took absolutely no action what so ever. This is completely unacceptable.

I live here and there are no problems. Compared with other complexes like Tuscan and forest county, this is much better in terms of full power backup, water supply, architecture and construction quality

Amazingly built society in kharadi

This is a decent project. The flats layout is wonderful. I am staying here for last 2.5 years.

Ive lived here and its amazing overall in the flat I stayed. Wish I had that property.

Fews points to consider -1) They do not have a proper water supply, currently the builder is sending 5-6 tankers of water/day.2) Just have 2-3 ISP providers (local cable broadband)3) Macdelivery and Pizzahut delivery is not there.4) Society Gym and Club not functional.5) Maintainence people are not very responsible, many a times we do not have water supply until Monday 11 AM because the guy who switches on the water pump has sunday off.

Wonder location wonderful amenities.
