Well maintained & clean society. Good amenities & safe for all ages

One of the premium societys in pune with great ameneties and area overall. There gate is powered by visitor Management system [ Truein ]. They have a great gym and playing area. A well managed society.

This is of course a good society, safe too. But some mambers of security staff are very arrogant. They put jammers in vehicles even if you parked in your guests parking. So you have to fight them to accept their mistake and remove jammers.Otherwise people here are very good. Beautiful society, safe for kids to play out, although in rainy season, society internal road become dirty and slippery. Probably they will do something about it.

Malpani greens having lavish flat with lot of amenities.Very well maintained society.

This is the best society in Wakad period. Epitome for other societies. I have visited more than 150 societies in Pune but none of them came closer to Malpani Greens. Wish they could have one entry from the Chatrapati chowk main road like dynasty society (other gem of society) which is next to it.

Very well maintained society. Spacious and well designed flats. Construction quality is pretty good overall. Lot of amenities including a tennis court, indoor badminton court and well maintained gym. The best part about the society is that the whole parking is underground. So the ground floor has a jogging track with grass all around and vehicles not allowed, so very nice place for kids to play

Nice society, which is very well maintained and has best set of a amenities. Which included lawn tennis hard court, swimming pool, indoor badminton court, squash court, snooker board, gym, and much more.There neighbors are not interfering. Evening walk in the well maintained garden is a bliss. Ample parking space is available.

Good for those who focus on amenities, Ambience, spacious flats and have independent vehicles.Society gate is around 250 meters from main road. Society has its own grocery store and have control over maid rates but have different rates for cooking, chopping veg, etc. which results in more expense from your pocket.

Great construction and huge basement parking. Spacious flats with no water problem. Huge podium with garden. All flats are Garden facing. Facilities like gym, swimming pool, squash, badminton, tennis, basketball courts. Guest rooms.

One of the best society in Wakad with all the amenities a society should give. Children park, garden, ample parking, security 24*7 , no water problem, community hall, sports, gym etc.

Stayed in Malpani Greens society for more than 3 years, very good amenities and quality of construction. Only drawback is heighted vehicles like truck or tankers could not drive to the end of society since access through drive way has around 10 feet height.
