Very spacious society with dedicated spaces for all - 2 swimming pools (for adults & kids), a well equipped gym, basket ball court, auditorium, kids play area, garden, community hall, ample parking and walking space.. has a good ~200mtr of dedicated road leading up to the society main gate so its peaceful even though it is right opposite the bustling Cerebrum IT Park and D-Mart. Kalyani Nagar is one of the safest & the best residential areas in town, so the location is just perfect!

I think there should be an option to provide 0 rating as well. This is worst society at least for tenant. Hell lot of process oriented work. Manager who takes care of office related stuff will be on leave and no body will resolve the issues if he is not available. I had a very bad experience with them. I will never recommend anyone for rental here. If you go there you will loose your piece of mind.

Society main gate staff is very very rude....they not even allow emergency medical person to take his vehicle into society in case of patient emergency.... though if society member is informing them to allow same.... its like playing with patients life....in such a big society do u think there is no space for emergency car parking for a 10-15 minutes....there was lots of space in parking drive -way area near lift lobby, then why ?.... Society should think about it..

GOOD COOL residencial place

Good society.. even the houses size are large.. the society committee is active.. leakage issues in a few buildings and traffic in peak hours.

Excellent society with lot of open spaces and greenery. Society is being managed well. Has all the necessary amenities and conveniently located.

Quality amenities and environmental.. It gives you a best living life experience.. Security, cctv, lifts, garbage, everything are maintained perfectly... It may too costly but its worth it..

Conveniently located beautiful society! All the necessary shopping places, schools, temples are close by. Very secure to stay here. Management is strict only towards miscreants! Ideal society for all age groups!

Society location is very good but they dont have proper entry gate.

Worst society ever.., no care for tenants.. nonsense restrictions..no maintenance, rude staff,, they have practically hired bullies to harass tenants

While the society layout is good, the construction quality is really poor. Be ready for a not so good treatment from the society if you are a tenant. Worth a stay for short term only.
