Whole sales unit and admin makes false promises during purchase. No responsible person . Zero transparency . Very poor experience

Total FRAUD- All Fake promises made during the sale and once purchase/registration complete : we saw the ground reality (irresponsible sales staff , admin staff)e.g. Possession date communicated was 6 months now its been 2.5 years and still no clarity on Possession date.- Not committed to timelines / RERA Possession date- No Monthly News Letter- No Clarity on completion date

I had a great experience with them. I have invested in quite a few projects of konark brand and made good money ..their quality is outstanding.

I am a Buyer of a flat in Konark Virtue , during our first visit to the site and while booking the flat ....we were told that the possession would be OCT 2019 all though the RERA registered was Jun 2020...saying that date is registered just for safer purpose and it is almost completing and will be handed over by DEC 2019......Now we are reaching DEC 2020 and the possession date is still not given.We understand the Pandemic Situation but considering 6 month nothing was done still the Builder should have handed over but getting to know that it will take another 6 months from no that is April and still not sure.Our biggest mistake is that we believe on konark builder Big name and came into their false promises. Now konark builder are taking advantages of that false promises.

They are cheats do not buy any units from them. The good reviews are posted by their employees.

They had promised possession till Dec19, till date there is no progress and every time when asked about possession they have only one reason that is covid-19 (3-5 months delay can be understood , but this cant be the reason for 2 years delay), and they themselves are not sure about the possession dates, every time you visit they give different dates since last 2 years. sometimes they say , after 2 months will give the possession sometimes they say after 6 months. It has bee 4 years since booking was done.No one is ready to take any responsibility.no go to person available.Fraud builder, pathetic service and staff, no professionalism.Totally frustratedDont ever trust them and book any of these flats.

Totally disappointed with Karia builders.I have booked flat at Konark Virtue by considering name in the market but now we are surprised.#Possession date was told us as June 20. After considering COVID situation it is considerable to extend 3-4 months.but no updates on possession.#No one is giving any appropriate updates from sales team.#Rental cash back is stopped in Jan20 ,and now giving reason of Covid-19.(Though COVID-19 comes in Pune in March 20).#surprising thing is that they giving demand letters to us even in COVID-19. But to give rent from them there is COVID and to collect payment from us there is no COVID.Requesting all eligible owners to ask Rental cash back.Totally frustrated by purchasing property.

Huge Delay in possession along with no communication from keep on changing management.At the time of booking, possession was guaranteed dec 2019 but no sign as we are currently dec2020. Karia builders were known in pune for on time delivery but unfortunately my experience is not the same.Any1 dealing with Karia please keep everything on paper else you might be in same situation as we buyers of Konark virtue.

1) One of the best project in keshav nagar with great elevation and good use of flat areas.2) flat sizes are good, given best amenities with 3 club house, ample open space and good connectivity.3)Must visit area is too good.!

So I am a buyer of a flat in Konark Virtue and this is the scenario in the project currently. Every buyer is now asking for possession date because earlier it was promised for December 2019 and now we are in 2020 Feb, there is no clarity about the possession date yet. With the recent news from sales team and backend team from Karia Builders, they are already delaying it for 6 months more and asking buyers to keep patience to get their own house. Very disappointed with the level of professionalism. I would recommend Karia Builders to keep transparency (which is lacking) with their buyers so people can start trusting this brand again because of which we people invested our money in this project.

Ill definitely said one thing. You dont like the project. Lobby space are like hotel rooms. Locality are slamy. 3rd project.

No Confirmation on Covered parking , they said itll be a lottery system and also no confirmation of Period for which customer is paying Maintenance Amount.

Disgusting builder and service .They show professionalism only during sales.Our flat possession was supposed to happen this Diwali and now they are saying June 2020.Nobody is bothered in their office and they only entertain new buyers and also there is no clear communication.Advice buyers to stay away from this builder as they do not provide possession on promised time.We are in loss as we are staying in a rented house.So we are paying the rent plus the home loan emi of our flat which has been not even delivered.Pathetic!

Really very bad experience. No clearity on possession, no communication to flat owners.They shifted there corporate office from kondwa to keshav nagar and no info given to flat holder.Big NO for this builer. They even dont talk flat owners properly .

Project is good of konark but I did not like because of layout of flat and so small terrace.

Too costly for current slum like surroundings. Not worth the pricing.

2 year back konark said that, we will give you possession in December 2019, but now they are saying we are not able to give you possession in December 2019. it took 1 more year. shame on you guys. some day you will loose the trust and brand value of yourself. please dont trust on such builders.

The flats are distributed on opposite directions on a corridor which seems more like a hotel setup and less like a residential one.The arrangement of kitchen also seems problematic because theres no space to keep the refrigerator and the dining space doesnt exist as well.Arch-style is different than most residential places in Pune and thats the only USP but you wont feel it once inside the house.
