Good society. the area besides needs cleaning

Nothing special, service providers are treated very badly in this society. And there is no option to communicate with the society chairman.

The chairman of d society is there to take money unnecessary from people .the security guard called me n said Mam u have shifted to a new place without giving 500rs to Chairman.chairman asked to pay 500rs .Why d hell sud I pay 500 to d society chairman for shifting my own laguages in my own vehicle 🚜.

Upcoming ecomonical apartment. Inside Balcony should be grilled for all houses. It is open without proper reason.

Builder not able to handover society in respectfulmanner. During handover complete mess done by builder and makes every one life miserable. Complete untrustworthy promotor. Gini Builder and promotor do to able to understand buyer fillings they only understand and expert to make buyer fool. I will not recommend buyers to buy any new flat from this builder in his new scheme.

Worst infra provided by builder in lohegaon ,Builder has shown something different while selling flats and delivered low grade flats with no parking to new phase 2 owners.
