So i stay in the society next to gagan klara and this must have happened 10 times that because of their construction issues they have broken the wires that serve electricity in our society and we have spent days waiting for them to get repaired. Its sick that the builder knows bout it nd still the issue gets repeated. Consider if hes this irresponsible how would he serve his own residents of gagan klara

We were sold a flat for which the builder didnt have approval from Government.We enquired everything and seeing RERA registeration of Gagan Klara we never thought that the flat we booked is not approved.Token amount was credited to their account in the month of October20 and we were behind them for registration.Sales executive and CRM team kept delaying, in the month of December20 we said we want to do registeration by hook or by crook as SDR is going to increase and then we got to know that there is no approval for higher floors.Builder agreed to pay the difference in SDR amount which was increased in Jan21. They said they will get approval in Jan first week then they changed their words saying last week of Jan.Later it shifted to Feb21 and still they dont have approval.For approval update we were following up with Sales executive - Deepak, where else it is his responsibility to update the customers.From past 2 weeks we are the one following for our refund of token we paid. CRM team - Shubhangi is least interested to give us any update , on top of this they are RAISING THEIR VOICE ON US saying we dont have just one refund to process, we have may refunds to process ...Dont fall prey for this project 🙏🙏🙏

Good project. Have spacious flats to choose. Possession is bit late.

I liked the product and it met almost all requirements of mine except pricing(though very close) and possession (a bit late), still manageable , we did a lot of research & made our mind to finalize it .!!But, later I found some basic things missng:- Respect for the customers and their time.- Commitments- Transparency- HonestySeems the developer is least interested in above points and only interested in maximizing profitit took 1 months(against promise of 6-7days) to get token money refunded after many follow ups.

Spacious place to live & spend the life

Dont think of buying flat here, the builder dont care about the people leaving around the project. even after multiple complaints the JCB and pokland works start early morning 6 and goes till late night. all the near by residents are frustrated because of such loud noise of pokland. childrens and senior citizens are more impacted because of this.if this people cant think about residents then whats the use of buying flat here.. all owners of united Balewadi group has decided to ban klara and not to buy or recommend flat in this project.Dont waste time in looking for flat here.

Best part of this project is the building elevation & connectivity to Balewadi high street . Very nice spacious homes ....best part of the flat is the living room area with a huge balcony !! Loved d project ❤️

Looks like possession is not possible for 4,5 years. More than 6,7 months they are just digging land for foundation, god knows when they start making foundation and will give possession.

Best elevation in this price range plus smart homes ,what else do you need.

Dont deal...builders approach is not transparent.
