Pros-Flat are very spacious and well designed.Cons-The location of the society. Most of the flats face Jupiter hospital. The road to the society still needs improvement.

As usual you will find some mentally old ppl poking you for everything ( you can easily ignore them like I did ) . Else good place to live , nice society , nice ppl.

Good things:1. Ample amount of parking for 2 and 4 wheeler2. Good amount of tree plantation.3. Gym is good and society does invested in it.4. Hospitals and other facilities are easily accessibleBad things.1. You will see atleast in a week either a water problem or a electricity problem, nowadays it is happening alternate days.2. Lots of flies and mosquitos because of NAALA (RUNNEL) going from here.3. Construction work is going on here from last one year, so you will see lots of dust around.4. People here are Less enthusiastic for festivals and less talkative as well which I feel sometimes makes you feel lonely.

Flats are good and near Balewadi high Street with reasonable rent.

The society is really good but not managed well. Most of Flats are rented hence people are living here like non of my business.New society but started looking old. Infrastructure is good and lot of space for parking and kids to play.

Good place to live in. Flats are good and spacious. Has facilities like Gym, recreation room, play space for children, parking. Doesnt have a swimming pool.

There is a lot of water issue in this society even in winter in January the water problem was there only thing society is clean, I am staying here for more than 2 yrs and there is no security issue faced.

The society is close to Baner, Aundh, Balewadi and Pimple Nilakh. It is very well maintained and organized.

New construction from DSK. Lovely apartments with views. Secluded location so theres not much disturbance or noise, but plenty of services available 5 mins from location.

This is one of the best society in Pune to live in. As usual the style of DSK, it is घराला घरपण देणारी माणसं. This site is beautifully situated near the village. For C wing in this property, they have this luxurious east facing balkanies, giving the view of the river and has the clear view till 10km. All the necessary things you can easily access. One of the best place to live in pune in this baner.

Location is at walkable distance from the main road, society is highly secured with parking and 24×7 electricity and water availability. Very open and sorrounded with greenery from all 4 directions.
