Situated at a very scenic place. The locality is very calm and serene. Hilltop nearby with dense tree cover.Flats are well built and are adequately spacious. Recommend buying a flat here!

Great Housing society for the families. Nice people and good neighborhood. Ample parking space. No water problems even during Summer time.Very close to the nature and complete pollution free place.

Situated near Sinhagad road. Although its realtively near to central Pune its calm and serene with almost zero traffic noise, zero pollution, surrounded by trees and having good playgrounds, parking spaces and walking tracks. Good location overall.

Its nearby 15 years old housing society consists of 8 buildings with a scenic background of pachgaon parvati hills. Calm and quiet place. Ample space for kids to play, garden and play area. No other amenities, no lift facility as buildings have 4 floors only.

Very comfortable and cozy flats which are cheaper than most of the societies , has a playground , has lots of greenery with trees and shrubs , has play area for little kids with slides and see-saw and swing , has varieties of fruit trees like jamun , amla and tamarind which are accessible to all .

Very well placed arrangements and amenities. Calm and secure area.
