We can say a good building . When it was built it must be a budgeted building. Flats are as per budget. There is no lift. It has commercial shops in front of the building. It is located in a typical middle class locality of Kale Padal and it is a very good place to live. Everything is available within 100 meters. Society members have maintained cleanliness and parking system perfect.
