This place is amazing. Awesome host. The rooms are super clean with all the amenities in perfect condition. The location is prime. Everything available within 2 minutes walking distance but at same time it is away from main road. So its very calm and the beauty of this area is very pleasing. So many pleasant sounding birds visit this area. First floor has a nice arrangement in common area to sit and chill. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a pleasant time in Pune. I would definitely visit again.

This place is located in a pollution free area with great ambience.The owner Mr. Dilip gives you the personal attention and his hospitality makes you feel like home.Finally the food has been an amazing part of my entire stay although I had it on last day only but then I regret why havent I tried all through my stay.Overall the stay will be great with best hospitality

Cool and clam place, u can get almost every thing within 100 mtrs, super market to restaurant and wine shop as well, The owner stays by on the upper floor and is very polite and always happy to help all the guest, best thing is u have all the house hold equipments including a microwave and plates along with fridge, that is usually not provided by any other hotelier in the same room, can be used for long stays even, ample of free space is available within the room

Stayed here with family. Quite place very clean rooms with hot water, tea maker ,fridge and microwave oven. polite service. Highlight is home cooked food. Would stay here in future and recommend to others.

What an experience!!!Peaceful locality, the famous Tekdi at walking distance, excellent food, clean stylish premises.Basically it ticks all the boxes related to what one looks for in a hotel.The hosts are a warm couple who look after their guests like their own family.The self service apartments come equipped with basic amenities like microwave, electric kettle, fridge etc.Must visit to have a peaceful stay in the hustle and bustle at the centre of Pune

Stayed at this gorgeous place when I visited Pune. The service was really good, The in-house cook made one of the best aloo parathas Ive ever tasted. The rooms were quite big spacious and really comfortable. There are a couple of restaurants in the same locality which is an advantage. Definitely worth every penny.

Inspite of making the booking 3 months in advance the host cancelled the booking last minute saying they had to make some urgent renovations without caring to offer any alternate accomodation. It was really the worst experience ever and would not recommend it to anyone so that no one has to go through such kind of stress last minute while they are travelling. Most unreliable booking ever!

I booked this place for a week and after all confirmation was given, I was denied accommodation. I traveled so many places, but never seen accommodation being denied on absolutely no grounds. Such a disgrace to Pune!
