The society was very lively and had a friendly positive vibe to it. Can feel the cool breeze flowing during the sunsets which is visible from some of the towers.

Excellent place. We love our flat. Society members and federation is very active . All members are very social. Well cultured. Easy access to road. Petrol pump and aminities near by. Ameneties are good and well maintined. Hassle free and worth to put your hard earned moeny without any regret. LOVE YOU ASTONIA

Big entrance gate with security. Spacious society. Lots of are for kids to play and seperate parking area for visitors and owner. Wheel chair access for parking and entry for building too. Overall good place.

Peaceful environment, plenty of amenities available. Lot of parking space is available but the entrance should be developed. Road is too bad and garbage is kept near gate.

Ok. So this will be little detailed review and i am not staying there yet. But these are my observation after talking with residents and giving bi-monthly visits.Lets see at the nearby facilities:1. A huge beautiful temple2. A shopping mall (started operating Star Bazaar and some other local shops but yet to complete the entire construction)3. Petrol pump( just 200-300 meters away)4. Local market and shops(100 meters away)5. Nice restaurant just outside the property(0 meters away)6. Very close to Mumbai-Satara highway(200-300 meters)7. Also close to Katraj and Bharti Vidyapeeth Area(2 km away)Now lets get to Pros and Cons:Pros:Facilities like security, maintenance, cleanliness, CCTV cameras in public place are really good. And still maintained by builder.Good place for kids to play(little wear and tear of kids-play area, but Authorities should pay attention to its repairs)Nice swimming pool.Good track for morning walk for elders.Lifts (mostly small and in new building they have service lift which is good thing)Cons:WATER SUPPLY (Seems they are working on it, not sure if area is still under PMRDA or PMC)They have wells and also one small water line from PMC (It least what they told me 2 years ago)In summer, some residents told me they have to request for Tankers(Good thing that builder is taking care of the tankers, just the residents have to pay for Tanker charges)I am not a resident yet and due to Lock-down i couldnt visit the place. I hope the authorities are working to resolve the water problems.Please feel free to correct me, if i got something wrong somewhere.

This place has one of the best 2bhk , 3bhk flats. it isnt that budget friendly but its value for money .

Pros: society is big, lot of space, spacious flats. Good parking area.Cons : Please rethink before renting a flat here. Not worth spending so much rent here. There are a lot problems in this society. Leakage in both the bedrooms, Hall and kitchen, have to keep bucket for the leakage. Flat leakage entire monsoon.***water shortage, in fact they provide water by tankers. I have a huge hairfall since I came to this society as water quality not good. Poor security services. Things get stolen from the society.Poorly managed elevator. Elevators are too small and slow not properly managed by the society. Bloom field society is way better than astonia. Dont waste so much money on rent here. Not worth.Facility people are rude, staircases and entrance passages are always dirty.

This place is good. Two bhk flats are good. Parking is available here. Lift facilities are available. Swimming pool is also available. Roads are good inside. Some flats get linkage problems. Four wheelers Parking is available

Hi Guys, first things first. Society is big and flats are spacious. But The flats have a lot of leakages. Unclean and unmanaged society. Dont buy and invest your money here. As they dont even care in providing good water supply. Literally there is no water for almost weeks. They provide water by tankers. While buying flats builder has promised they will provide main line water however they dont even have main line water. They provide water tanker. There is swimming tank but is empty without water. In summers the situation is worst. Take it as a advise.

A very well built society with quite nice facilities. Spacious, breezy, nice parking, swimming pool, gym, yoga room, children park and many such attractions within the society premises. All building have lifts and the location is also nice.

They dont even have proper water facility. This luxurious society provides water by tankers.... The water supply is cut without even giving proper prior notice....!! Think twice before coming and staying here..... In summers the water supply gets worst...moreover society not at all well maintained.....!!!

Only for high profile peoples, common man cannot afford it, they demand so much money before agreement even if it is under construction.But except this you will love this place as all amenties are ready and well structured floor plans. One of the best place to live.

Society is big and spread in spacious campus.. But you feel very alone here like moving in a jungle

Very big society in Ambegaon, but still in construction stage. Flats released in parts so some building looking new and fresh .. but some looks like built long back. Amenities are not well maintained.

Safe premise is main goal here, you just cant go in and out for timepass

Society is very good however entrance is not kept appealing. Garbage is kept near to gate and smells bad at entrance. Also there is gutter water flowing near entrance smell bad when entering.

Living in this society since 4 months.Pros: Spaciously built less than 5 year old flats, serene atmosphere, gated community.Cons: Inadequate water, separate charges for amenities, inconvenience due to ongoing construction, distant from city centre, unavailability of taxis, no shops nearby, average security, badly maintained children play area, no power backup for flats, alternate day garbage collection, hyped rents.

Astonia Royale is a luxurious..delux..comfortable & attractive place to live.. just at a 10 minutes walking distance from Mumbai Pune Highway.. one of my relative lives here in this apartment.
