Serious water crisis...Even a grampanchayat building has better water arrangements and facilities.Think 100 times before renting or purchasing.

One other good society in kondhwa khurd, constructed as per corporation plan which includes good balcony place for few flats,although have apples of amenities like functional hall, online gas connection etc.

A Nice Society.Floor maintenance is done on a daily basis.No power and water cut issues.Provision of lift is available for every wing.

Previously had given 3 stars, however I there was a negative scoring available.WATER ISSUE: Hardly 3 hours of water supply in a day for usage.ELEVATOR:THE elevator stops working anytime of the day , this happens atleast thrice a week.Worst ever place to invest your hard earned money.
