Positive side: Fantastic society to stay with your family, being located strategically close to high way with everything around from shops, market, school, colleges, IT Park. Trail walk to the Baner-Pashan hills, Pashan lake on 5mins distance...Negative side: Shity management, with people wanting to fill there pockets & there name on the committee board for over a decade now, with over 10+ years could not understand how to maintain the society.Ill maintained clubhouse because of which kids are forced to play in the common space damaging the cars...

Big enough to have your children to play! Good crowd!! Spacious apartments!!

Not a very good society for tenants... no clubhouse facility only for tenants... Divided into two groups Row houses vs Apartments... Row houses guys are not involved and welcomed in common activities e.g. Ganesh festival. Security guards frequently asks for tips fir any damm reason.On positive site, not much of water problem if it rained sufficient in the season. Nobody pokes into others matter.
