No 1 Worest pg in India (no clean, management are not responsible,no hot water,no ventilation) totally is very bad in my experience

Seriously the worst PG of Pune, really bad experience, no hygiene, bad food, owner is so selfish, he doesnt communicate well wont even refund your security even if u say u r leaving months back.Key bad points:1.No electricity most of the time2.uses solar heater but there is never hot water3. And when there is no electricity there is no water not even to use washrooms.Promises lift but i stayed for a long period never got a lift, why I stayed because it was walking distance from office.

Me and my friend had stayed there only for 1 week.It was worst .60 percent days there was no electricity and water..Not hygiene also.
