Best residential area with best amenities, also at affordable price

One of the best society I saw in this area. We love to visit our relatives here because we love the area.very well maintained, organised society. All amenities in working conditions. Spacious area. Spacious parking lot.One star 🌟 less only because they have no arrangements for dedicated visitors parking. There is space available outside the society but becomes difficult on weekends at times... Looks like everyone visits Samrajya on weekends!!!!!!!

Plus points:1. Location is nice.2. Spacious apartments.3. Common amenities are good.4. Can be found easily.Minus points:1. Ash brick construction makes the walls vulnerable to water leakage.2. Builder is not that co-operative.3. Construction quality is not that great.

Awesome society with all types of amenities and very specious flats. Though a little out from main market so a little issue with public transportation.

A place to live.. but sometimes being bachelor can be a huge problem. For those who are bachelor and tenant .The society feel that tenants live here for free.. and should not use any amenities provided in society ,which is actually for the ppl live in society.

Very well managed housing society. But has hazardous manhole to chek water in the sump well- the staff unaware of safety aspects though the hazardous manhole is located amidst children park
