No 1 real estate portal. Magicbricks is a Times group company and now is the No 1 brand in property site listing. They have started a TV channel also Viz MagicBricks TV, you can get all real estates info from there too.

Big SCAM-- brought a package from their representatives..was promised a photoshoot of property , personal sales person to guide and make a write up with keywords., Etc. Utterly fake company. No such things was offered. They did not even answer my calls. All calls to call centre have diff answers to give. Not one has duly ensured to take the responsibility to clear the messup. Paid 14000+ for a scam. Dont waste your money..they are just sitting to bully and loot.

Very Poor service. I have Purchased Titanium Pack. They told me that, They will post my advertisement on high priority for 50 days. After applying all filters, my advertisement is posted on 35th No. This is not fair. Also, customer care people talk softly and keep convincing you regarding their inability to do things.

Its shameful that promises been made before selling the services are not kept. The sales agent Mukul & Shiv chases you over calls day in & day out but once the customer buys their services they royally ignore the client and their immediate requirements. I wouldnt even rate 1 star beacuse of NO AFTER SALES SUPPORT is provided to customers who buy their services. If you happen to call them, the answer you get is that the concerned person is on another call or we will get back to you in sometime. & that sometime is Never. Please dont waste your money on them. There are far better classifieds in the market which provide better services in cheaper price. & one other thing is even though you have purchased their premium services.. they will still ask you to buy credit points to view the contacts of prospective buyers. This is very annoying.

I am an marketing partner. Purchased certified listing from MagicBricks but it looks like money vesting. Cant upload pictures for customers as it get rejected. Also auto credit scores for ranking which keeps your listing always away. Very less client responses. please dont go with Magicbriks if you want to get responses from market.

The executives talks to you on phone & come once only in year to collect the subscription amount. Other times they dont pick up calls,ignore sms and whats-app messages....Even they dont answer the queries about new added functionality also

I purchased a package with dedicated relationship manager. They said that they get enquiries from many clients instead of clients shortlisting properties on web portal. So then they supply the list of matching listings in their database. So this is exclusiveky for that special service. The RM calls the responses and then passes the interested clients to me. Then he or she will give me the report of activities twice a week. But neitger the RM has send ne a single report after 1.5 week nor their sales team contact no. responding. These are hopeless people. Do not buy any hi fi service. Instead buying simple packages on 2 different portal would give more contacts of brokers..

Fraud Service, never pay or trust online, commitment by representative is not honoured and no response after buying the service, customer care number doesnt work once you take service, raises invoice with GST with wrong details so that you cant claim GST. Beware!!!!
