Premium flats and just back of Amanora town. Especially master bedroom, kitchen and living room is big however balcony is bit small. Overall am very happy with the size of apartments. I cant comment on the paint by the builders as we did interiors, used lusture paint.

Peaceful society to live in. Villas, apartments are fantastic. Club house with swimming pool and gym (minimum equipments available), tennis court and small children play area is there to spend some quality time. Trees are not neither too big nor small, gives it awesome night view in moon light.

Additional wings construction going on and may last till mid 2018. Noisy all around during the day and some times in nights too, due to nearby societies construction (Urban Balance, Aristole etc.) in progress. Builders not even sparing Sundays, so continuous nuisance due to sound pollution. No peace at all. I would seriously NOT suggest to consider this society for renting at least for next two years.

Pleasant place

Very poorly constructed.interior are too bad and walls are too fragile, you nail it with hands.i shifted 1 week before and paint from doors and walls peeling off. Also the promised amenities are changed as per their convenience.Electric fitting n points are placed without proper planning n thinking.Solar water heater not connected with bathrooms. Overall very bad experience...not happy after shifting...fee feel cheated..à

Kumar Picasso N1 building .we shifted just 10 days back and came across all parameters of poor construction and very poor very poor management.in this newly bulid society in our flat we have seen sea phage in our bedrooms,leakage in the bathrooms,wall plaster chipping down.,corrsions of the grills .cracks in the building can be seen from outside.and top of it illegal extensions of the grills by some of owners and now water from these extensions drips to balcony and doors , windows .The amenities r worst that poor construction quality.They change the garden plan and kids playground according to there own .nothing been done as promised.people staying here r really fustrated,cheated and annoyed.Worst experience of a housing society.
