Since years now, the staff here is always so welcoming, respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable at this Shell petrol station near Mundhwa railway bridge. Its the only place in Pune that reminds me of full service stations in the U.S. You go to get gas and they look under the hood and tell you what if anything is needed. They havent tried to hard sell, in fact today I got the oil and coolant changed because it was very required, and the two Pankajs who work here were so professional. Excellent service with a smile. No one tries to fool you out of money and I felt good paying for the better quality products that were used. This station must have a really good person as its owner/management because the employees give out very positive vibes. Hope they are well looked after. I think they are.Thanks for great service 👍🙏💖

The petrol station is small in size. But clean and the service is good enough with having number of customers at a time. The store and the toilets are maintained well.

The employee working here was doing lots of fraud. Be careful. Make sure reading, when making payment through cards double check the amount and reading. Also take the receipt away.

I think the meters here are rigged.Full tank for Suzuki Access went for 630. (Shell power) I agree the petrol is costlier by 10Rs/litre yet Ive never been charged over 450 for full tank before.FYI Suzuki access tanks are 5.6-6 litres in capacity and at 90Rs/litre max meter should have shown is 540 Rs.

My past experience with shell is good for petrol. This time I just went ahead to try the engine oil service they provide. And to my shock I had a very bad experience. They changed the engine oil which was recommended by them. But the day they changed just the same week i saw that the oil is leaking. After that covid situation happened and I was just trapped. Today my Royal Enfield is towed to service center because of this. Really a bad experience for engine oil change.

Shell as usual has good service and staff is very Co operative. Trouble is while entering the gas station as the place has lot of traffic entry becomes very tedeous task. Benefit as this station is one can get all requisite for the cars at one place. Whenever you go to the pump station take time to take u turn and go, so not go wrong side as its an accidental zone as well, with bikers rushing from all corners. Drive in safe enjoy the best service.

Shell has gone down with service. Feels like no frill bunk, no wind screen cleaning or fluid refill. Most of the time only one car bay functioning.Still, good petrol and no push selling stuffs. Isnt that what we need

Un professional . Manager is not in place..he sleeps at home and petrol is costly because of it.. when complained manager is not there they do not regret and try to call them and number does not get connected. Its their game for manager to cover..

The petrol is of good quality and correct quantity. The little bit of higher in price but its ok you will get pure petrol as compared to other petrol pumps. The only problem is pump location is quite messy and inconvenient

The staff are professionals.Points to note:1.They make sure you get the right amount of petrol you are paying for.2.Oil check, air, etc etc is free.3.The VTurbo(premium oil) is little pricey but is surely of better quality(at least I feel it). If you have a high end/premium segment oil then go for it.4.It is open 24X7

Yesterday I changed the oil for my caThe service is one of the best in city but I feel the product is overpriced. Same thing is available in Amazon at a discount of 30 -40% but no discount at Shell.

Good quality and service. The petrol quality is good and hence a bit higher rate per litre as compared to other companies. So I prefer this petrol pump. Also free air is available most of the times which is not the case with others which is good thing about this petrol pump.

A very clean and immediately accessible petrol pump with a very friendly and polite staff.It comes right after the mundhwa chowk on the immediate left side and has a wide entrance to it too. Next time youre anywhere near mundhwa, just check in, fill your tanks, and get going!

As others would have stated the fuel here is better than other places. I have generally noticed an increase in fuel economy and therefore never minded the higher price. Docking them one star because there were times they were out of stock of diesel.

Do visit for the excellent quality Shell fuel & lubricants. Customer service at this particular station is good. Ive been refueling my bike and car only with Shell brand and theres a visible difference in the vehicles performance. This place offers free engine oil checkup and replacement along with a trustworthy tyre pressure checking system.

Good service the workers follow safety guidelines. So you will have to get down your bike to fuel up as a safety measure. This is the only pump where I found that they wont steal your money get what you pay for.

I always prefer shell coz of their quality. Here u have card option, sometimes the air pump is also available. They have free engine oil check. A small commercial shop is available as well. Morning 9 to night 9 is their working time and Ive always been satisfied with their service.

Good quality fuel, polite customer care, but a lot of time credit-card machines do not work and air filling station is operational half the time only. The station is not 24 hours open, it gets closed for one hour each day between 11pm and midnight. Google map does not reflect that for some reason.

Good place.. petrol is very good..price is at higher side.. you will get a price difference of around 7rs than a normal petrol.. but you will get far better mileage than a normal petrol.. so the price will be managed..

Workers are trained properly and good service

If you go there at night they cheat you by saying that only Power petrol is available and normal petrol is over.I have been there many times and they give the same excuse Everytime just to increase their sales of power petrol.

Went to change oil. He broker the engine nut for changing oil. Then he dropped my bike. A thing that required maximum 15 minutes took 2 hours. Disappointing service.

Dont worry about the fuel quality. According to me Shell provides the best quality of fuel with almost the same price of others. The only reason of giving three star is the unavailability of the unleaded petrol (not Power/ Super). And its just 2.5 km from my house.The normal unleaded petrol is never available here since last 4-5 months. I was a regular customer here for last 1-1.5 years. But now I never visit here. In fact I go to Warjes Shell petrol pump (5km from my workplace). There the normal unleaded fuel is available all the time.

Best in class fuel for your automobile with great ambience and also a well stocked convenience store. Adding to this, they are open 24 hours with about an hours shift change window.

Although it feels cramped, this fuel station is now well laid out. It is a busy pump and you may need to stop for a little more time than required. Free oil change is a good thing, so is their fuel. They do not keep all grades of oil especially for Pulsars, KTMs and Royal Enfield. Recommended for the quality of fuel Shell provides.

Pathetic staff, not at all friendly, i have a double billing of ₹ 500 on 05-June-2018 and has been following with them since last 15 days but NO reply at all and now today said that they will send me email with details that the amount is not with them and i need to contact bank and bank told me that the amount is with Petrol pump account. I have lost the hope to get back my ₹ 500 and urge DO NOT FILL PETROL from this petrol pump.

Well located near Mundhwa signal. Attendants efficiency below par. Tire air filling machine frequently out of order or faulty. Experience with their Shell card unsatisfactory (had to go to the pump office for swiping it). Repeated complaints/suggestions on their website unfruitful.

Better service. Better staff. But once I had bad experience. I went to fill petrol. I have cash to guy. Filled petrol. But again he was asking me for cash. I told him that Ive paid already. But he kept asking for money and started blaming me that I havent paid. His manager sorted this out by taking help from CCTV camera. But it was very annoying.

The Staff here are nice and once.U reach they proactively offer their cleaning services and if u fill the petrol for full tank they at times offer goodies which is a good gesture to keep their customers happy.

I had gone their for oil change, service was good and fast. They sale oil on MRP and no discount. Still opted to change oil as at least will get genuine oil. Only thing I didnt liked was no oil filter available. If you plan to change oil please carry oil filter.

Overall good experience at this fuel station. Very polite customer service. However recently some of the employees are not being polite and looted me on two different occasions, once at 4 am in the morning when youll not find a dedicated shell employee but rather a station worker whos doing their work. He looted around 200rs fuel that day. 2nd experience was at around 6 pm in the evening when I told him to fill 100rs worth of fuel and he just pressed the preset button and acted like he did his work but when I travelled around 4-5 kms bike stopped again. NEVER EVER LET THEM USE THE PRESET BUTTONS ON THEIR MACHINE AND ALWAYS ASK THEM TO TAKE THEIR HAND AWAY FROM THE FILLER WHEN THEY START INSERTING THE FUEL.

This is at a prime location at Mundawa square.The rate of fuel is bit more than other Petrol Pump.One more thing, here you need to unboard from your vehicle before taking Fuel, and its a mandatory rule over here. Here people are very polite and gentle by saying Namste.

Shell claims to open petrol pump 24x7 but after 12 at night they only sell V-power and push ppl in emergency to buy costly v power petrol. It is not justified at all.

Petrol quality may be good but services are irritating. On the last visit to check air pressure they removed my tyre air cap and didnt placed back.Every time before start filling the tank, they put a barear in front of my car. I feel insulating.

Pathetic service. Make sure you write and give whether your car is diesel or petrol and dont even waste your time arguing with the illiterate, inefficient and irresponsible manager of this fuel station. The mechanic here is much service oriented and not the manager.

Shell is famous for its high octane petrol world wide. Normally the petrol at shell pumps cost higher because of its purity but at mundwa you normally get the petrol at market price some times 10-15 paise per liter lower than normal price of market.
