It is place where you can have good exercise in all respect in a very small period of time. Time to visit here is either at early morning or evening from 5 to 7. It is having 60 steep steps . By 20 to 22 step person starts hopping but still you can climb the rest 40 to 41 steps efficiently but slowly. After reaching to the top there is Shiva temple and a museum which you must visit. There in Peshawa ambarella which we can see from the bottom of hill and is one of the identification of Parvati . When you complete this trek of almost 60 steps and the surrounding you feel quite energetic and yes if possible you can have more rounds. It requires hardly 30mim for a normal person to complete one turn activity. There are people who daily visit Parvati . One can also view compete pune view from the hill top. Its a great experience , one should once in life to have this refreshing feeling and really it will long last for weeks. If you are a new comer in pune you can go here by hiring auto. From saras bag you have to reach to Mirta Mandal chowk and you will see small sign board indicating sign towards Parvati .

Temple complex situated on a hill. This place is great for exercise. There are about 100 steps to reach the top. They could be slippery sometimes so make sure you wear proper shoes. There is a small canteen at the top. The Peshwa Museum offers a glimpse of war artifacts. There is also a viewing gallery from where you can see panoramic views of the city. However, proper maintenance and basic amenities are missing.

Parvati is the best place for fitness junkies. Its steep incline is the best form of cardio you can get. Ofcourse its famous as a historical site and has 3 beautiful temples. Built by the Peshwas, this is one of the most important and old heritage site. They are gradually destroying the greenery around the hill but still it is an amazing place to visit. Even if you hate the stairs, I promise you the summit is worth the climb!

Best place to visit with family and friends. It has very good museum of peshava era to know history of Pune. You can view Pune City from Parvati hill. There is also very good trek from Parvati to Taljai. Even there is one path from Parvati which connect to Shaniwar Wada. Lots of greenary there.

Parvati hills is situated in the city limited and gives an unhindered view of pune city with hills visible.It is one of the lost serene places with cool winds blowing even at the hottest time of the day.The main entrance to the temple is at an incline with 103 stairs that needs to be climbed but you can take rest and then continue. Once you reach the temple. You would see a museum also there. Do visit the museum it is a treasure trove of our culture and heritage. The temple itself is beautiful.

Now that I am not going back in time for a 5AM or something I can get c and the other two of us will be in a position where we are going through a process that is going on and we will goggle up the results and make it clear to the public about what we need and to be aware that we have a right for people who have to do something to protect them and not have the same responsibility as we are to the government.

If you want a view of Pune go here. The temple is situated on top of the hill. The road is narrow and going through residential areas so drive carefully. There are not steps to the actual temple so be prepared to climb up the hill on narrow uneven tracks for about 100 meters. The temple is nice and colourful.

Go to the terrace which is at the top most point of Parvati. The ticket is just 5/- to visit the terrace, but its a must if you are visiting this place.

Not good in afternoon. Good to visit in morning and evening, weather should be cool as steps are not simple, these are big steps like 10 ft and inclined.

No car park and lots of large steps to get to he top so offers a good exercise. Once at the top there are some great views available from a number of vantage points. There is also a museum with a.large amount of artefacts and some history to read. There is an entrance fee for this. There is also a structure which is circular and has a walled walkway on top which again you can pay to use and this also offers some excellent views and photo opportunities. Just remember you have lots of steps on the way down also but with the help of gravity. Also some steps appear a bit slippy we saw a few people almost fallover.

The great secured old Coins and swords very old things from 1800 upto the date.. The Pashave era history and old things had a greatest collection from the era. The collection is very great but the maintenance is not good. The written things on the pallette is not shown properly. The old usable things of peshwe era as shown is great collection is precisely secured in the palace but maintenance is poor. Overall good museum over here..

Very big steps, good for exercise. One of the Must visit place in Pune. You have to climb good enough to reach on top. From the top you will get very good view of surrounding Pune city area. Small museum on top where you can see good historical artifacts charges RS.10/- per person. There are couple of temple like ganpati ji, Vishnu ji, Hanuman ji, shiv ji, Laxmi mata, vithhal-rukhamai, kartik ji, Durga mata, Saraswati mata. Samadhi is also there.to go on top structure you need to pay fees RS.5/- per person. Small place for yoga and reading is at back side. Now backside has became couple spot . At base 2wheeler parking is available but Four wheeler parking is big issue. You will get couple of options for snacks on stairs. Good place to spend evening time.
