Wonderful place.... The food is amazing... Well managed and staff is very well trained... Its a beautiful place...

Its one of the most rocking place in Pune. Lot of space, good ambience and super fast service is what you get that this place. It has lots of options for food and drinks.

The food is amazing. Me and my wife visited this place on a valentines day. The ambience is nice and warm. The food is delicious. The vegetable clear soup is a must try. The staff is really courteous.

Never expected this from such a reputable place. I am writing this review as soon as I have gotten back home, feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. To begin with, the service was absolutely abysmal. The serving staff had no knowledge of how to take bar orders. When we finally got our drinks, they were watered down to the extent that we thought we had been served non alcoholic drinks instead. The serving staff kept recommending their own choices without paying us any heed and the ensuing confusion meant that nothing arrived on time. We were also misled about the amount of food we would need and ended up ordering way more than was needed. The food was nothing special either but the experience made it taste bad.The best part? The AC was not working when we were seated. After repeatedly trying to get the staff to turn it on they conceded that it wasn’t working and seated us in another area - where the AC was still not working. We couldn’t finish our food because it felt like we were baking in the oven instead of the food being in it.Normally one would complain to the management in such a case but seeing how clueless the staff looked we decided against that too. We wouldn’t return even if we were compensated for our meals.

We were the first customers for the evening even then they took forever to serve the food. The starter was a little better but the main course was below average. Used to love their food and was a regular visitor to their old, camp nawab outlet. Very disappointed!

I ordered kabuli chole and mixed raita..well chole had uncoked tomato and onions in it and mixed raita had no pineapple..please dont order anytime these two dishes. They are the worst I ever had

One of the best restaurants to have North Indian food and they have introduced Lebanese cuisine in the Westin outlet. Tho its situated inside a 5 star hotel the rates are same as their other outles and also only 5% GST is applicable. All in all they are providing an elevated experience with same price.

Ordered a takeaway from them. Food was good but despite confirming with delivery person for salad and green chutney with the starter items, the same was not provided in the delivery. Such a big put off. Such lapses are not acceptable from such a big establishment. Ruined the whole experience.

Just as they are marketing Nawab in Westin has the original taste, flavor, price and better service.The food is absolutely delicious. Suggestion by Stephen for Appetizers, main course was bang on! What’s more interesting to take their standards few steps up, they have got in best of their chefs, manager and other staff as well.Being located inside 5 star property they restaurant has taken care to match up their standards. I would say quality of food, quantity of food is absolutely amazing!! Price of food is also as per original restaurant. Staff is very polite, humble and helpful. A definite recommendation to visit here.

Really bad service, the food was served cold and the cocktails felt like they were mocktails. Westin ruined the name of Nawab Asia. Better visit the Nawab Aisa which is located in Camp.

Excellent decor and tastiest food ever taken .It was very reasonably priced too .must visit and enjoy dinner there .

Tasty food but pathetic service...we had to leave our dinner midway ...and above all the waiter didnt had the courtesy to cover things up....Was unfortunate to get such experience despite being their regular customer...
