Bought a Bosch Front loading Washing Machine from Croma. The machine stopped in the first wash after installation. However after receiving the complaint, Croma spared no effort and replaced the defective piece with a fresh new washing machine. The staff were very cooperative and went out of their way to get the new machine delivered and installed in the fastest possible time frame. Thanks also to ses executive, Mr Vinayak Lahane who was always available whenever I called and ensured the very best if service from Croma.

I purchased a laptop. They have committed to give accessories along with laptop once I done with payment they denied for accessories and their behavior was very rude specially Mirazul. They have told me you will get cash back in 90 days but I didnt get in 5 months. When I call mirazul hes not attending call. Sometimes receive and pass phone to the children and they said hes not at home . worst experience to purchase products. I recommend everyone please dont purchase any products from croma.

Most affordable electronic store in pune

Pathetic service provided by Croma....bought Hair1.5 ton split AC....they sent with the non-working outdoor unit....I complaint and they told will send the new product again....after two days they sent 1 ton Hair Ac.....I called again they told it was sent by mistake .....Croma people are harassing me again n again...now I dont know what to do....they keep putting blame on each others department. Will never buy things from there and never suggest.

Very bad service than other stores. They even dont aware of their own stock. Long queue in billing and they always gives priority to customer who are buying expensive items. I have waited at the queue for 30 min to buy a charger and a headphone.

Superb place to buy electronics

It has a very good collection of various Electronic Appliances and Gadgets. I have personally purchased multiple appliances as well phones from them. Their new AMC scheme covering warranty for appliances brought from them or from others is excellent. One can opt for that.Ill recommend you do your online search for the appliances you need and I can assure you they will match the price. Atleast they did it for me.

The product was good, however the billing was a very tedious process even for a single product! It took us a lot of time, though the counter was empty. The staff were themselves confused while applying promotions..The after purchase demonstration was good. A faster billing process would be suggested.

Never visit on festive days or when super crowded. You will end up standing in billing queues for hours.I went to buy home appliance product. The sale service was good and people were genuine.But horrible experience at billing counter.Due to festive day the place was over crowded. No social distanceing at all.The centralized system connectivity was really really slow that they were unable to proceed with my billing. I spent more than an hour in billing queue and approx. 30 mins just to swipe card. There were 4-5 staff members at the billing computer.. helplessly standing. (Not their fault though)Finally I gave up and left the store in frustration without a purchase.Seriously, such big brand must improve on technical front.

Covid-19 affect its availably and models on all products...

We bought jbl 2.1 bar from croma. It stopped working in 6 months n its almost 9 month now its not yet repaired. They have taken it for repair . There is no acknowledgement from them about status and nothing. Worst experience. Dont buy croma products.

Worst experience with Chroma Vimannagar. Was trying to buy a Samsung smartphone sales person said x amount but then when I was making payment they increased the price saying online price is changed all this happened in mere 5 minutes. So they changed price of the product just like that. And then on top of that they dont even care about customer feedback were not at all friendly.

Giving it two starts because the staff needs training to talk politely to people. Dont pre judge customers on their looks. I happened to visit croma to buy a laptop and I wasnt given proper service or advice or convincing. Swear to God I brought the laptop same day from two stores away from reliance electronics. Wanted to buy Caravaan to gift it .sales staff Junaid gives total wrong information on all the models and very rude to talk to .I wanted to buy the WiFi model n was told about a wrong model that I almost was to buy but then I checked online and the box details..please dont trust these sales guys all are here to fool us.

Very bad experience in AC installation , @Croma if you dont have own electrician dont commit for free installation..whirlpool technician visited my place and quoting ~9k for installation.. Also refused to use bracket provided by croma (cost 600)..still installation is pending since a week

We went to buy Refrigerator at croma because it belong to Tata Group,shop is maintained very well ,there are variety of product ,staff is also very good,we spent 1 hour to finalise our product ,we were very enthusiastic to buy from croma and at the same time we determined ourself to buy every electric product in future from croma but once the product delivered to our home and we started taking followup of service guys, still they couldnt visit ,they have been calling everyday but not visited , now we are thinking to buy TV but my steps are not forwarding to croma due to poor after sale service.

Store price was 2499 and Amazon price was 1799.So if you have any Croma voucher then you can go for store purchase.

Not so supportive staff. I was asking an information for iPhone 11 but the staff was not so attentive. Also the Bajaj finance guy and hdfc finance person was like just cover the whole thing and close the conversation.

Very poor in showroom service. The sales representative is not aware about the stock and color and price. Theyll tell you since you are buying digital stuff discounts wont be there(while they sell mostly digital stuff), or else finance it to get some coupons which youll get after five months.They should educate sales representative about products and improve user experience. They could at least ask a guest for water if theyre making him wait for billing for one hour.

We went to buy 3 in 1 sandwich maker but it was not in stock.Staff is quite helpful to let you know the information regarding the products in display.Overall good experience with staff and the outlet.
