Victory Towers, located within Amonara Park Town is also known by the nameSainik City . It is near the Mundhwa crossing. It has three towers 201-203. All the towers have 11 floors.

A great place to live amidst greenery and in proximity to Mundhwa/Keshavnagar... Things looking fabulous with railway under pass work on and likely to complete in few months...

What wifi connection works fine in this location ?

The apartment is slightly off-road and not exactly in Amanora campus because of a railway track in between. Flats are well designed and Amanora standards have been maintained. Carpet area of these flats are comparitively better than Amanora Trendy Homes. Pros include fresh air, Amanora standards and security, proper parking slot, peaceful neighbors. Cons include connectivity to Amanora TH resulting in declination of couple of Amanora vendor services. Overall, it is a wonderful place to live in.

Amanora is not able to provide basic necessities. Maximum speed that yon get here is 5 mbps (that too if you are lucky). Internet providers charge for 25mbps speed and provide this speed. No proper road during monsoon season.There is water seepage at multiple places within 2 years. (Although they provide plumber service but this is happening again and again due to quality issue).Management here s sleeping and not taking any proper action.

Nice place. Really good apartments. The only problem is that not enough daily need shops like medicine, food, grocery are present nearby

As a part of Amanora family Victory towers are quite outside from Amanora town, but its calm, pleasant and eco for bachelors and Family as its has quite spacious flat and with covering 6 towers Amanora has arranged a quite pleasant view from balconies to make you feel ☮️ and offcourse amenities are at there best. key factor to move, you have to think about transportation as autos and cabs are not easily available here. Altogether 3.5/5 👍🏻

I have been living here since two years. There is no approach road. You can only reach here by puddle hopping. If you qanwa free adventure experience while you reach home all tired, worn out or sometimes even wounded, this is the place for you! I dont know how amanora claims to be awarded as no.1 township when they cant provide BASIC APPROACH ROADS!

Do NOT i repeat do not rent or buy home here, There is a huge Internet issue and also it feels like living in between village, no proper road to commute to main road .. a thin road filled up potholes.. no proper lights on road scary as hell in night...

There is a train track right in front of the building. Daily 30 trains pad and every time they honk their horn 3-4 times lasting 5 seconds irrespective of day or night. You can hear the noise in every room. There is only gym as facility. The road from township to these towers has been dug for laying pipes resulting is a single lane raw road on which you have to drive with your life in your hands. During rainy season you suffer from all the mud and slippery road. There is water cost of around 205 per month. The electricity here is also 30% expensive when compared to normal charges. You have to pay the money first and then use the utilities. The payments are not online. You have to visit the center they have made for payments of utility services. They are constructing Adreno towers across the train track. Im confident that it will suffer the same issue of train passing by and making noise everyday once they have been handed over. Only positives is you never have power outages and water shortage. The cost of Adreno tower flats is more than 80 lakhs for 2BHK.
