This is my first stay at this hotel although i have dined here few times ...This hotel.is located at an upmarket location of pune probably the heart of pune .and the owner also has made this hotel with grand heart however the minus are that now hotels facade needs desperate cleaning which is made of glass structure which is absolutely dirty moreover due to covid staffing is limited they gave me room however the mattress was not good however staff could not do much rooms were clean plus is they were nice and big so u get value for ur money samsung tvs ac was working fine bathrooms have tubs and biotique toillettries are niceï¼ the hotel requires some.moderate reneovation at places for fixtures and fittings however staff play.the fool at times they have training issues to understand few instructions they might argue with you also ....ordered tea this inspite of giving instructions they kept.making wrong teas as.simple.as.strong teas 3 times.i had to.send.it back and take a.relplacement finally i felt.ashamed.to.send the third one.which was equally bad....so kitchen had problems that evening im.assuming ....room.service menu is via scanning menu via google.lens and paying via upi ....i called for.some.food frm.swiggy asked dem.to.deliver parcel to my room which they disagreed then agreed and.delivered ....later at night ordered chinese reluctantly it was very average portion size was very small.....so.room.service is a.NO.clearly they have staffing issues and kitchen issues ......what will.cheer up.for.any losses is the buffet breakfast its a proper.4star buffet and then.u feel its juistice.done.with ur.money ......so if u.want a good buffet.breakfast big rooms and want to.stay close to.everything in pune you may consider this hotel......but u may close ur eyes for few things ...however in pune u can explore more hotels at this rate

Good and reasonably priced business hotel in the middle of the city.Rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean. All necessary amenities are provided in the room. Food is delicious, there was a wide option for the breakfast. The staff is courteous and the service is also good.

Awesome! This is the perfect value for money and comfortable stay in pune. The service is great and the rooms are nice. The rooms could use a small pick me up with maintenance touches but other than that, its a great, centrally located hotel with good service and accommodation for both business and leisure. Also Shout out to Nitin for providing great service.

Hotel staff were quite welcoming, the overall experiences were wonderful. the staff did everything to make us comfortable, however we faced a few minor challenges, the room key wasnt activated in the first go, the staff got it replaced, the room temperature is the most difficult thing to control, if you dont like constant 22°c then you will have to shut down the AC and ask the staff to turn on the exhaust and open the room door for sometime the temperature will automatically increase, the bath tubs left handle was broken and it felt like the cupboard door were going to fall anytime they made so much sound and opened anytime.

Pathetic service. Denied us in the room on some policy which wasnt mentioned before. Honestly they ruined my trip and the manager is so rude. He didnt even care about our problem.

Ive been booking with them for a long time. Last time I was cleaning the bed and I spilled a little ketchup. I was charged 1k for that. Ridiculous. You cant afford to make any mistakes. They just want to charge money for everything. This is absurd and unacceptable

Clean room with all the necessary amenities, courteous staff, tasty food, prime location. Overall wonderful experience at St Laurn Hotel.P.S. My only suggestion would be to add local Maharashtrian dishes in their menu; especially in the breakfast as South & North dishes are quite common in all the hotels

Very very vey bad hotel, came here with my sister checked in and found BLOOD STAINS ON THE CURTAINS... Disgusting place... The windows do t open at all, its shady... What if there is an emergency? Its weird... Entire hotel is non smoking but they dont mention it... Dirty dirty dirty place hate it

Absolutely terrible. They cleaned and ruined a coat, then lied about it. Many emails later I am out of pocket and would never stay here or recommend it. Avoid.

The room itself is very nice. Nice wooden flooring with aesthetically pleasing decor, and large window to peer onto Koregaon park. Not only is the view enjoyable, but the large window allows for some great natural light, and gives the room a chill feel. My only complaint would be the water temperature in the shower and bathtub both. The water always cycles from too hot to too cold.The breakfast is good, nothing very fancy. And the staff is nice and helpful.

Entire hotel is No smoking Hotel..u r not allow to smoke in premise.. this is shocking.. other wise hotel is good..rooms are big..food is expensive but tasty... staff is supportive.. service is little slow.

I tried booking through offline and reservation office, but they doesnt care about customers. I even did mention that I do get better rates through agoda, MMT, etc. They replied saying that book it through those otherwise can look at other hotels. They themselves are least bothered about selling the rooms and always ready for loot.

Good hotel at posh locality of Koregaon Park, few kilometres away from the station.We stayed in the hotel for one night, overall experience was ok as expected from a three star hotel.Our check-in was smooth without any challenges. The rooms and bathroom are spacious and can easily accommodate 3 adults.The staff were welcoming and helpful, specially while having the breakfast buffet.The following are the issues faced while staying hence a four star rating instead of five.1) Limited items for Lunch and dinner. I believe that may be because of Covid. However there should be more options in the menu2) Shower room drainage was clogged which resulted in water following out of the shower cubicle.3) Bathroom fittings are worn out and not maintained properly..4) Refrigerator in the room was empty with no beveragesOverall good experience, however could have been better if the above issues are resolved.

Scamsters who dont honor their own cancellation policy.Had to cancel in advance, a booking that I had made for an event at St. Laurns within the deadline for full refund on cancellation. Its been months chasing them for the same, and all you get is excuses about their account being non functional. Of course, it is functional only for inbound money transfer.Never ever book here. Wasnt surprised to read other similar reviews, where the refund on cancellation is still put on hold for many other customers.

It is a cheap 2 star hotel. The highest level of cheap mentality is that , if you order a fresh lime soda they dont serve you ice and if you want your drink to be cold , please buy ice. Cost cutting or client ?

The food at the hotel was terrible. I stayed with my family and the whole lot of us got an upset stomach . The breakfast buffet was a complete disappointment. We were also charged for room service which made no sense when we clearly couldnt go down to the dining to collect our food because there was another party held as well . After booking and paying for everything, yet the staff treated us with suspensions and kept checking how many people . We found this very very offensive as people who have stayed at almost all the hotels in pune. This was the worst staycation.

It was looking great in pictures at Make My Trip. I checked in yesterday one of the worst experience. They never checked temperature. Most of the food not available. Beverages not available. Being business Hotel they dont accept Amex, rooms are not maintained dtirtu no proper toiletries.

Worst hotel I’ve seen yet. They dont clean rooms and have pathetic stained bedsheets with hair on them. Even their bathroom was used. Even they upgraded room was bad. They dint even give refund. Staff wasnt even wearing mask properly.Despite of bad reviews they still continue doing all this and eating away customers money

Pathetic place, I had an event planned at St Laurns and had to cancel it due to COVID restrictions. I was told I would get complete refund of my advance booking amount within a month, but it has been more than six months and i am still following up with them. They do not reply to mails, give various reasons but no sign of returning money.Please avoid booking this place, and in the worst case if you still have to book it, do not pay any advance amount to this place

Stay was well equipped with all the amenities. The only issue was with the wifi continuously dropping off now and then.

Great value for money for business travel.Staff is helpful, we had a pleasant check-in and check-out. The amenities are best in class, The room was well appointed, had a bath tub, and furnished with biotique products. Breakfast buffet could have a few more continental options, but there was no lack of choice in Indian options, additionaly they had a live pancake and omelette counter as well.The checkout time of 12:00 is convenient, which they were kind enough to slightly extend for us upon our request.The location is amazing in Koregaon Park, central for work as well as with lots of good places to eat nearby.

Very cozy room, excellent service. this was my 2nd stay at st. Laurn. from last 6 months I m frequent traveler to Pune, almost every time I had tried other hotels. among all this was the best.

Poor service, linen is too old and not upto the mark, rooms dont even have toilet tissue roll, booking with double occupancy yet one hand towel which was weathered and didnt look fresh.

St Lauren is always my choice when i am in Pune.. the quality stay and services are the best here..

Some small renovation is needed in the rooms and washrooms. For example: in my first room a dustbin was broken, sockets are less, cupboard gates are not fit.

Novatel is always one of my favourite brand. I been to there Khapoli and Juhu Beach property and those were excellent. Need to work on Front Desk as in Check-In and Check-out is quite slow and not upto the mark. Thats a management lookout and I am sure they will work on that. Overall a good stay.

The hotel is in the prime location. Transport was easily available. The room was spacious and clean. All the staff are courteous and friendly. The only issue they had is the wifi connectivity and speed. Overall had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is descent for business travel within budget near Koregaonpark. Food at restaurant is highly priced and not worth. They will not allow you to order from out side even if restaurant is closed. Breakfast is good.

My experience was very nice, pretty decent room with well equipped bathroom facilities... Price affordable... Room service was good, the staff were well mannered..

I am extremely disappointed and upset. I was changing my clothes and a staff member barged into my room without even knocking, he used the master key card to open my room. I am a woman and extremely embarrassed. I have not even given any apology or anything thing else of that sort, whatsoever. All they did was changed my room without any upgrade saying that there was a problem in the lock. Shame on you St Laurn.I’d never recommend!!!

Worst kind of experience. There are no COVID related precaution taken. Staff is confused and unable to deliver on time.When you call restaurant for food order you are advised to front desk and if you approach front desk for early breakfast arrangements they will send you back to restaurant.Hotel staff allows and encourages 5-6 people at a time in elevator though guideline suggests only two.I must say hotel staff must be little more sensitive.

Went to celebrate my bday and valentines day as well bt unfortunately the food quality, hospitality everything has detoriated beyong imagination. The foods under the buffet counter was all cold, the sweet counter only had gulab jamuns and a plain vanilla ice cream the taste of almost all the dishes were below expectation...In one line - IT WAS A MESS.Perhaps they are trying to make up the losses due to covid but the path they have chosen is wrong. Compromising on the quality will fetch you more losses only.

The worst food and service ever ... My brothers engagement ceremony was at this place and the entire event was a disaster. The each food item was refilled after so long that guests had to wait for a long time, some even didnt know that such an item was available at all. The quality of food they give you at the time of tasting is good but at the function the quality of the food goes down after 25 plates are consumed...Trust me never ever opt for this place for any event. They give you high promises but do not deliver even 50% of it...

The wifi never reaches the room. The AC continues to be at the same temperature no matter how you set it. The TV remote wasnt working.The restaurant is very mediocre. The chef is not that well trained.On the plus side the staff is very courteous and attentive.
