Shivar garden is really good place for family outings. Nice ambiance for the lunch. Food menu is really affordable. Service also nice , little bit crowded at weekends.

Food and service was so poor. We opt for regular water instead of bottled then they serve water in open Auqafina bottle instead of water jug, and didnt provide glasses to drink water. Didnt put the fan on even after asking for many times. It was so disappointing for us that restaurant like Shivar Garden are treating like this.

I had been to Shivar Garden Banquet Hall for a family function. The hall is really nice if you are planning for a function with 300 odd guests.They have sufficient place for Car park.You can plan events like Engagement, Marriage, Birthday party, etc at this place. They also provide you with a specialist decorator who will provide with you variety of options to choose from depending upon the occassion and budget.As the Restaurant is resturant is attached to the banquet hall to get to choose from huge variety of food options starting from Welcome drinks to Starters to Main Course and desserts.All in all a good place to plan an event.

Lousy services. We were a party of 14 people including ladies and children. They made us wait 1.5 hrs for our food. Also they lied to us about not being able to serve food in the open area of the restaurant and asked us to sit in the inside section where people were getting drunk.When we completed our lunch and came out, the outside section was jam packed with people being .Only plus point is that the food was good.It is acceptable if one is not good at his job, he/ she can learn and improve. But to be liars especially to strangers and customers? Spiteful!!

I went to this hotel on Sunday evening, so it was a bit crowded and people were waiting outside.I also sat for 45 minutes waiting for my number. I had asked them to give me a table upstairs or in the air conditioner room, but when my number came they gave me the table outside which was near to entrance of hotel. manager was not ready to change the table, instead he was giving rude answers. So I decided not to take food in the hotel and went out but they did not even say sorry. The management system was too much bad and arrogant even Everyone from the man in the parking lot to the manager. Due to this hotel that night I had to come back to home without taking my dinner. I suggest to the ower please look into this.

Food was good however Pathetic Delivery service. Order was ready within 30 minutes however the person at reception kept on saying your order will be delivered within next 5 minutes. However order was delivered 40 minutes after the order was prepared so effectively after 1 hours 10 minutes.

I had asked to pack the extra food, they simply wrapped in the plastics, didnt use silver foil or paper.
